Above, visualize the conventional Bodhicitta as a fully expanded moon disc. At its center, visualize the ultimate Bodhicitta as being like molten gold, a five-pronged vajra with a perfectly round bindu at its core. Within this center, visualize the white syllable 'Hūṃ' (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ), the essence of the non-dual wisdom of all Buddhas of the three times, like a wish-fulfilling jewel, a king of power, radiating boundless, immaculate five-colored light. Around the vajra's core, on the outer surface or circumference, visualize the wheel of five lights, the essence of all Buddhas' speech, the twelve branches of Dharma, embodied in twelve syllables. These syllables, the color of clear realgar, stand upright, emitting the sound of mantra, rotating clockwise. Meditate on the lotus, moon, vajra, Hūṃ, and mantra garland until they are clearly manifest. Finally, repeatedly and diligently clarify the visualization until it is fully manifest. Arranging the above mantra garland around the Hūṃ syllable at the center of the vajra is not contradictory; it should be understood as a type of oral instruction visualization, a single session of meditation. Thus, when the mantra mandala is as clear as possible, without letting the mind wander, focus clearly on the Hūṃ syllable, vajra, and mantra garland. From the mouth, recite the twelve syllables, not too fast or slow, not too loud or soft, like a good stream flowing, reciting the mantra purely and clearly. If, while reciting the mantra, you feel the mantra mandala is not clear, then clarify it. Gradually learn to recite the mantra together with the visualization. The main point of meditating on the mantra mandala is that if the Hūṃ syllable with its five lights and the vajra are not clear, it is not acceptable, so it is important to strive for clarity. Thus, when the visualization of the mandala and the recitation of the mantra are stable as one, the way the mantra garland rotates is described in the commentary on the tantra: 'For the superior, intermediate, and inferior faculties, the mantra wheel is also different; some are like a large-bellied snake, some are like self-arising sound, and some are like a string of pearls; choose according to what is comfortable.' Meditate in this way, which is the second session of meditation combining the visualization of the mandala and the recitation of the mantra. Thus, when the mantra mandala and recitation are stable in union, perform the expanding and contracting recitation: the light of the moon, together with the mantra garland, strikes the vajra and the Hūṃ syllable. From the Hūṃ syllable, light radiates out like wisps of incense smoke from the tip of the vajra, bringing enjoyment and bliss. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

From the urnākośa (hair whorl between the eyebrows) of the vast mandala (Chenkhorlo Gyüdzö), emanates, pervading the sky, the pure lands of the Trikaya (Kaya-traya, three bodies) Buddhas, boundless and limitless. In those pure lands reside the Trikaya Buddhas, along with their consorts, princes, disciples, and attendants, as well as the inconceivable mandalas of the Yidams, Gurus, and Dakinis, the Three Roots (Triratna), in general, and in particular, the compassionate essence of these mandalas, like dense clouds in the sky above one's own position. When the light of the Jap-kyil (recitation mandala) above shines upon these clouds, it stimulates the lineage of vows, and from the light of the mantras arise inconceivable clouds of offerings, which come from the adornment and play of Samantabhadra (Kuntuzangpo). By offering in this way, the Buddhas are pleased and satisfied, and their body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities, as well as the inexhaustible wheel of adornments, power, ability, blessings, and energies, all without exception, in the form of body, letters, symbols, mudras, bindus, and rays of light, emerge like mist and smoke. From all parts of one's own body, especially from the urnākośa, they enter, passing through the vajra path of the heart, and dissolve into the syllable Hūṃ (Hūṃ, ཧཱུྃ, हूं, hum, subjugation). Therefore, the blessings of all the Buddhas gather into me as one. Visualize the Jap-kyil shining even more brilliantly than before, and then recite, this is the first visualization of the generation stage and completion stage, the third session of visualization. Again, the light of the Jap-kyil mantra garland shines upon the vajra Hūṃ, and from the Hūṃ emanate five colors of light, mainly red, with tiny iron hooks hanging at the ends of the light rays, flickering and swaying, emanating from the lower tip of the vajra. The beings of the three realms (Sridpa Sum), including gods, asuras, yakshas, and the eight classes of spirits, who possess power, ability, and energy, these lights enter from the crown of their heads or nostrils, reaching their hearts. Their respective life essences, radiance, and nourishment, as well as their respective forms, life mantras, seed syllables (Bīja, 种子字, Sanskrit: बीज, bīja, literal meaning: seed), and emblems, gather in a mass at the ends of the light rays, like iron filings attracted by a magnet. Then, these lights return, passing from one's own navel through the lower tip of the vajra, and dissolve into the hook of the Hūṃ syllable in the heart. Therefore, all arrogant ones are controlled, becoming pledges of life, they will not violate the vows, and will listen to my commands, accomplishing the four activities of pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, and wrathful without obstruction. Visualize and recite as much as possible. This is the second visualization of the generation stage and completion stage, the fourth session of visualization. Again, the light and mantra of the Jap-kyil shine upon the vajra Hūṃ, as before. Then, from the life Hūṃ in the heart emanate six colors of light, from the upper and lower tips of the vajra and all parts of the body. The light pervades all places of the six realms of existence. The sins and afflictions of all sentient beings residing there --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
