Then, from the heart to the fingertips, and from the fingertips back to the heart, first visualizing the body, ornaments, and attire, each appearing clearly one by one. Finally, like the image of the deity (Tibetan: ཙཀླི,Sanskrit Devanagari: ,Romanized Sanskrit: cakli, Literal meaning: wheel) appearing simultaneously on the surface of a mirror, visualize the utterly clear appearance of the undifferentiated samsara and nirvana (Tibetan: ཆ་མེད་ཀུན་འགྲོ), initially for short, frequent periods, and then for as long as possible. This is the visualization for the first session. Next is stabilizing pride: Completely abandon attachment to your own lineage, bloodline, appearance, and name. Regardless of whether the deity's image is clear or not, generate the pride of 'I am' the very nature of the body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities of the incomparably glorious and radiant Guru Padmasambhava (Lotus-Born). Similarly, firmly believe that you are the embodiment of the compassion, blessings, and power of all Buddhas combined. This is the visualization for the second session. Next is pure recollection: Recollect the purity of the body color, hand gestures, ornaments, and attire, as well as the purity of the deity's image being the union of clarity and emptiness, and the two truths. There are two aspects. The first is: When contemplating the meaning of each phrase of the sadhana, due to the self-luminous nature of the dharmadhatu (realm of truth) that is free from all impurities, the body color is white, without turbidity, clear and transparent. The self-radiance of the wisdom of the dharmadhatu symbolizes the spontaneous appearance of the four innate wisdoms, and the union of Guru Padmasambhava (Lotus-Born) with the five Buddha families, symbolizing the attainment of the sole essence of the great secret mantra. Like the colors residing within the radiance of crystal, the circle of the face is white and bright, transforming into five unbearable rays of light. The bodhichitta (enlightenment mind) captivates the minds of those to be tamed, appearing beautiful and attractive. With impartial compassion, it embraces beings with a loving demeanor, smiling. Not abandoning desirable qualities, but displaying them as adornments, adorned with various precious jewels. As it is said, 'White and bright, five rays of light, adorned with beauty and smiles,' this is just a brief mention of the essence of purification. Taking this as an example, it would be even better to elaborate on the meaning of each word up to 'arising in the illusion of clarity and emptiness.' However, considering the length of the text here, it has not been elaborated upon, and only the main points have been mentioned for the time being. That is to say, all dharmas (phenomena) are the face of a single bindu (drop), the two truths are the hands, skillful means and wisdom are the feet, samsara and nirvana are equal, and one abides in the vajra posture. Not being tainted by the faults of samsara, the body color of the self-luminous wisdom is white. Not abiding in peace, the body color of compassion embracing beings is white with a reddish hue. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Adorned with splendor, the five lights of wisdom manifest distinctly. The Dharmadhatu (Tibetan: དབྱིངས་, Wylie: dbyings, Sanskrit: dhātu, meaning 'realm of reality') and awareness are inseparable, gazing directly with Vajra eyes, the immeasurable compassion of the face is never tiring to behold. Having perfected all the qualities of the six pāramitās (perfections), fully endowed with marks and signs. All appearances arise as ornaments of wisdom, adorned with precious jewels. Having fully perfected the qualities of the three trainings, wearing the three Dharma robes. The Dharma nature is immutable, liberating sentient beings through expedient means, wearing the dark blue secret robe. Having dominion over the five wisdoms, wearing a silk shawl. Upon the head, wearing a lotus hat with upturned brims, empowered with the complete compassion, activity, qualities, and abilities of all the Buddhas of the three kāyas (bodies). In the right hand, at the heart, holding a vajra (Tibetan: རྡོ་རྗེ།, Sanskrit: vajra, English: diamond/thunderbolt), symbolizing the attainment of samādhi (meditative absorption) like the vajra of emptiness of the Dharmadhatu. Holding a skull cup filled with amrita (nectar), symbolizing immutable great bliss. In the left hand, holding a vase of immortal life in the mudra (hand gesture) of meditation, adorned with a wish-fulfilling jewel, symbolizing the complete destruction of the four māras (demons) and the spontaneous accomplishment of the two benefits (benefit of self and others). To symbolize the transformation of the three poisons into the three wisdoms, leaning against a khaṭvāṅga (ritual staff) at the left elbow, with seven parts symbolizing opening and union. Transcending all extremes of elaboration, abiding in the Dharmakāya (body of truth) without wavering, while acting for the benefit of sentient beings, the body upright, the body and the field of activity being primordially inseparable, dwelling in the center of rainbows and bindus (spheres of light), etc., in order to reverse the clinging of one's own mindstream, one should remember the pure aspect in this way. This is the third session of meditation. Secondly, as such, meditating on the deity's form, it goes without saying that one should not cling to the gross aggregates, but neither should one be bound by the clinging to ordinary self-appearance. Know that, in truth, it is beyond conditioned phenomena, possessing the wisdom of the Dharmata (nature of reality) Dharmadhatu like a mirror, like a reflection of one's own radiance, possessing all forms, appearing but without inherent existence, the form of the Dharmakāya, the luminosity of emptiness, the wheel of pure self-appearance is continuous. Due to the power of aspiration, the form of the Rūpakāya (form body) appears as a mere illusion to others. In all aspects, possessing supreme excellence, the essence of profound clarity and indivisibility, the unchanging great bliss, primordially spontaneously accomplished, self-arising and self-illuminating. Although beyond what is generated and what generates, temporarily, for the sake of convenience, one should regard this as a path, meditating on the way it appears, and one must realize its true nature. However, for a beginner, if one cannot fully comprehend it at once, meditating on the deity's form... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
