Like adding firewood, visualize that all obscurations and sufferings are completely burned away, and that you and the letter Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: seed syllable) are more radiant than before. Visualize that all deities, demons, and sentient beings are happy to be inseparable from the stainless and supreme bliss. Equally visualize that all deities, demons, and sentient beings are your parents, and cultivate impartial equanimity towards all beings. If you wish to practice extensively, you can give your body as much as you can, or you can do without it, as this method is sufficient. The root of practice is the accumulation of merit of the Kusalupa tradition as taught in the 'Stages of Dharma Practice,' and the visualization of Tothal Torma in the secret instruction texts. These two are key. Each session, visualize one hundred and eight times, or according to your age, or twenty-one times. If it is difficult to complete, do at least seven times. It is important to mix the practice when opening up the sky. Visualize that within your body, the central channel runs unobstructed from the secret place to the crown of your head like a bamboo tube. Four fingers below the navel, visualize your consciousness, which is a bright white and red bindu, the essence of life and soul, about the size of a bird's egg or a fresh broad bean. Then, visualize the consciousness of the sick person and the retinue, and the animals, as sparks, merging from the secret place into your own bindu below the navel. Then recite ཕཊཿ (Tibetan: ཕཊཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट्, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: cutting), visualize the bindu shooting out from the crown of your head and merging into the heart of vajravarahi (金刚亥母) who is clear as described in the texts in the sky above your crown. The yogini also merges into the assembly of deities of the three roots. Then, like a rainbow dissolving, briefly rest in non-conceptual awareness, mixing emptiness and awareness. Again, your mind arises like a fish leaping from the water as the Holy Mother. Merge the corpses of the retinue, animals, and sick person into your own corpse. This is the offering of the corpse. Then, visualize your body as the object of the tsok offering, as described in the ritual text. Recite ཕཊཿ (Tibetan: ཕཊཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट्, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: cutting), the white offering is visualized as the corpse turning into an ocean of nectar and milk, filled with the three white and three sweet substances, auspicious objects and symbols, and royal power, etc., offering to the Three Jewels. Recite ཕཊཿ (Tibetan: ཕཊཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट्, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: cutting), visualize it turning into blessings and accomplishments, satisfying the Dharma protectors. Recite ཕཊཿ (Tibetan: ཕཊཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट्, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: cutting), visualize your mind turning into desired food, drink, and enjoyment, satisfying the six realms of beings. Recite ཕཊཿ (Tibetan: ཕཊཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट्, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: cutting), repaying karmic debts. Recite ཕཊཿ (Tibetan: ཕཊཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट्, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: cutting), visualize it turning into grains, medicines, jewels, silks, and armor, pleasing the local deities. Recite ཕཊཿ (Tibetan: ཕཊཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट्, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: cutting), visualize it turning into various nectars and Naga medicines, curing Naga diseases. Recite ཕཊཿ (Tibetan: ཕཊཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट्, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: cutting), visualize that those with less power all receive the leftovers of whatever they desire. The red offering: Recite ཕཊཿ (Tibetan: ཕཊཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट्, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: cutting), visualize yourself as the Holy Mother, peeling off your skin with a curved knife and spreading it out, covering the three thousand worlds. On top of it, cut the corpse into pieces the size of a curved knife, visualize it turning into a sea of blood, cooked, burned, and wet, as desired, satisfying the deities and demons who delight in flesh and blood. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
