ྲུང་དུ་གསོལ་བརྒྱ་ཐམ་པ་བས། སོད་ཅིག་ཟོ་ཞིག །ཁྱེར་ཅིག་ཅེས་པའི་ཚིག་གིས་དགའ་བ་ཡིན། ལྷ་སྲུང་བརྒྱ་ལ་ར་མདའ་བཟློག་པ་བས། ལྷ་འདྲེ་སྟོང་ལ་ཟ་རྒྱུ་ 7-24-15a བཅོལ་བས་དགའ་བ་ཡིན། ལུས་སྲུང་བརྒྱ་བཏག་པ་བས། ན་དགའ་ཤི་སྐྱིད་ལན་གཅིག་དགའ་བ་ཡིན། ཞེས་གསུངས་སོ། །ཞེས་པ་འདི་ནི་གསང་ཁྲིད་རིམ་ལྔ་ཡི། །བོགས་འདོན་གཅོད་ཀྱི་ཁྲིད་ཀྱི་ལྷན་ཐབས་སུ། །པདྨའི་གཏེར་གཅོད་ལ་སོགས་གཅོད་གཞུང་དང་། །ཤེས་རབ་བླ་མ་ལ་སོགས་ཀཿཐོག་གི །ཚིག་ཉུང་དོན་འདུས་གོ་བདེ་གསལ་བར་བཀོད། །འདི་བྲིས་ཉེས་པ་ཆོས་བདག་ཌཱ་ཀི་དང་། །གཏེར་སྲུང་དམ་ཅན་རྣམས་ལ་རབ་ཏུ་བཤགས། །འདི་བྲིས་དགེ་བས་ཉམས་ལེན་རྟོགས་པའི་བོགས། །ཡར་ངོའི་ཟླ་བ་བཞིན་དུ་རབ་འཕེལ་ནས། །པདྨ་འབྱུང་གནས་ཚེ་འདིར་འགྲུབ་གྱུར་ཅིག །དེ་སྐད་སྨྲས་གང་རཱ་གའི་མིང་ཅན་དེས། །དབེན་པའི་ཁང་བུར་ཕན་པའི་བསམ་པས་བཀོད། །བྷ་ཝནྟུ། ས་མ་ཡ། ཨྠྀི་།

相比于供奉一百个护法神，不如说一句‘拿去，吃吧！拿着！’这样的话语更令人欢喜。相比于用箭祭祀一百个神灵，不如委托一千个鬼神去享用食物更令人欢喜。相比于佩戴一百个护身符，不如一次性体验生之喜悦、死之安乐更令人欢喜。莲花生大士如是说。 以上这些是密宗五次第的，为了提取其精要而作的断行诀窍的辅助，莲师的伏藏断行等断行法本，以及智慧上师等噶陀派的，用简短的文字表达丰富的内涵，清晰易懂地阐述。书写此文若有错误，向护法空行母和伏藏守护神立誓忏悔。书写此文的功德，愿修行的证悟如上弦月般增长，愿莲花生大士在此生证得。名为让嘎之人，在寂静的房间里为了利益他人而写下此文。 愿吉祥！萨玛雅！阿底。

Rather than offering a hundred oblations to the guardian deities, it is more pleasing to say the words 'Take it, eat it! Take it!' Rather than reversing arrows against a hundred deities, it is more pleasing to entrust a thousand spirits and demons with food to eat. Rather than wearing a hundred body-protecting amulets, it is more pleasing to experience the joy of birth and the happiness of death once. This is from the Five Levels of Secret Instructions, as a supplement to the severance instructions for extracting the essence. The severance texts such as Padmasambhava's Treasure Severance, and the pithy, meaningful, easy-to-understand explanations of the Katok tradition such as Wisdom Lama. If there are any errors in writing this, I confess to the Dharma protectors, Dakinis, and Treasure Guardian Damchen. By the merit of writing this, may the realization of practice increase like the waxing moon, and may Padmasambhava be attained in this life.
