Recite ‘དུ། (Tibetan) བྷུདྡྷ་ཌཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་ཧཱུྃ། (Tibetan) Buddha Dakini Hum (Sanskrit Romanization) Buddha Dakini Hum (Literal Chinese Meaning)’ etc., and then pull out the phurba (ritual dagger). Gather the Dakinis who subdue into your own heart. If the seat is on the vajra, untie the rope. Visualize the local spirits and body spirits inside the iron house surging upwards as if destroying an anthill. Then, clearly distinguish between black and white. Place a stone in front to guide the gods and demons, visualizing yourself as a wrathful deity. Speak the truth. ‘Gods and demons, among you, all those who do not listen to my commands, do not cease the noise, do not perform the tasks, do not grant the accomplishments, deceive, slander, and backbite, all those gods and demons, enter this stone!’ Recite ‘ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཨཾ་ཀུ་ཤ་ཛཿ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Vajra Hook Dza)’, carry it away as if holding a vajra bell and dorje. If it is difficult to walk due to hail, burn all the mattresses, and visualize yourself and others as red Vajrayogini. Everyone whips and scolds with thorn whips: ‘We are about to move, do not send hail before we reach our destination!’ Say this. Inform the gods, nagas, and earth lords of that place, scolding them with whips, and they promise not to send hail. Visualize flames blazing from the five sense gates, almost burning the gods, nagas, and the phenomenal world, recite ‘ཕཊཿ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Phat)’ a hundred times, and visualize the sky clearing and the sun becoming hot. Then load the goods again. Recite ‘ཕཊཿ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Phat)’, in the center of the previous iron house's precious foundation, visualize yourself and the gods and demons as the guru and human form, take refuge and generate bodhicitta. Visualize yourself as Great Compassionate Avalokiteshvara (Thugs-rje chen-po Kha-sarpa-ni), recite the six-syllable mantra a hundred times. From the ཧྲཱིཿ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Hrih, Seed Syllable) and letters in the heart, emanate nectar and perfect desirable qualities. Pacify the sins and sufferings of the gods and demons, compensate for all losses such as damaged houses, lost property, and diminished radiance. Visualize becoming more prosperous and overwhelming other gods and demons. Recite ‘ཕཊཿ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Phat)’. Visualize yourself as a white Dakini, and in front, visualize the yellow Great Mother, with all the gods and demons dwelling between them. From the hearts of yourself and the front generation, nectar descends from the white and yellow ཨཱཿ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Ah, Seed Syllable), visualize all the gods and demons recovering as before and becoming radiant, recite ‘ག་ཏེ་ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Gate, Go)’. Recite ‘ཕཊཿ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Phat)’. All the gods and demons are very happy, offering a beautiful and lovely white child as the sole, immortal, long-life accomplishment. Recite ‘ཕཊཿ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Phat)’. Transform yourself into Vajrayogini, take the blood with a curved knife, put it in a skull cup, and wave the curved knife, with blood dripping. Recite ‘རྃ་ཡྃ་ཁྃཿ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Ram Yam Kham, Seed Syllable)’. From the mouth, emanate the three elements of fire, water, and wind, burning, purifying, and washing. Recite ‘ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ། (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Om Ah Hum, Body Speech Mind)’. Transform the pure, uncontaminated nectar into yourself drinking it, visualize radiance and perfection. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Meditate to attain the accomplishment of longevity. If the previous vajra brings guidance, recite the hundred-syllable mantra and blow on the vajra. Bless the vajra as the Great Compassionate One. Lean your back against the previous haunted site. Visualize that the demons and spirits have departed. Recite the hundred-syllable mantra and Ka Ka Ni, and demolish the bed and stove. If successful, carve the six-syllable mantra on a stone and consecrate it. Bless the stone as a place to offer to the gods and spirits, and then place it there. PHAṬ! Visualize that the haunted site of your own flesh and blood, filled with blood, is being divided by demons and spirits. Then say: 'I, the great guardian of this place, all you demons and spirits of manifest existence, do not cause harm. If you dare to do so, I will summon the army of wisdom deities, bombard you with meteoric iron vajras, expel you with mustard seeds, and harm you with the spokes of wheels. Therefore, be satisfied with this offering of flesh and blood! All these deities, do not harm the guardian of this place, but with joy and bodhicitta, each return to your own place! Leave! Go away!' After saying these words, when you leave, PHAṬ! Visualize yourself as a skeleton Ḍākiṇī (female spirit), without flesh and blood or tendons, empty, with flames burning from your legs and joints, emitting smoke, and from your mouth: Hā! Hā! Hi! Hi! Hū! Hū! He! He! Ho! Ho! Haṃ! Hūṃ! Proclaim the twelve peals of laughter, rising higher and higher into the sky. Do not look back. In a place where you cannot see the haunted site and the house, pile up stones, draw a design, and face the design outwards. Visualize the design as three black Garudas (mythical bird) with wings, holding hands, facing outwards. PHAṬ! Visualize yourself and the house connected by a cloth of light, and yourself as a five-pronged golden vajra, returning home through the path of light. The Kadampa master said: 'Be careful of the beginning of the cutting, it is pure Yuru,' meaning that first you must determine where to cut the haunted site, so that you can go smoothly all the way. The Kadampa master also said: 'Be careful of the middle of the cutting, it is the vow of the yogi,' meaning that you must determine the place from which you cut the haunted site to return home, so that it will be auspicious. Furthermore, in the terma (treasure teaching) of Chö (severance practice) by Padmasambhava of Oddiyana (莲花生大士): 'Rather than giving away countless mundane food and wealth, it is better to give away the body with a mind free from attachment, and each session of virtuous practice will have greater merit.' Meditating for a year in an ordinary place is not as good as practicing for one night in a haunted or secluded place. Rather than doing ordinary practice for a month, it is better to practice the key points of Chö for one session, so that the signs of practice will manifest more quickly. In short, whatever miracles and obstacles may arise, attribute them to yourself. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
