From the white Oṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡) syllable of Ga (藏文：ག，梵文天城体：क，梵文罗马拟音：ka，汉语字面意思：ka), light radiates, touching each person's body, purifying the sins of the body. The accomplishment of the body is attained, and a stream of nectar descends, filling the body. The vase empowerment is received. As a sign of the empowerment, the crown of the head is marked with a white Oṃ. From the red Āḥ (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿) syllable in the throats of the deities, light radiates, touching one's own throat, purifying the obscurations of speech. The accomplishment of speech is attained, and a stream of red nectar descends, filling the body. The secret empowerment is received. As a sign of the empowerment, the throat is marked with a red Āḥ. From the blue Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) syllable in the hearts of the deities, light radiates, touching one's own heart, purifying the obscurations of the mind. The accomplishment of mind is attained, and a stream of nectar descends, filling the body. The empowerment of wisdom and jñāna is received. As a sign of the empowerment, the heart is marked with a blue Hūṃ. Furthermore, from Oḍḍiyāna, Guru Padmasambhava, together with the assembly of ḍākinīs, instantly descends like a cloud, dissolving into one's own body, speech, and mind. Meditate in this way. On the crown of the head, visualize the glorious torma, as before, with the maṇḍala of the guru and ḍākinīs. From the white Oṃ syllable at the crown of the head, light radiates, inviting all the Buddha's body maṇḍalas of the ten directions. They dissolve into the disciple's body, purifying all the sins, obscurations, and broken vows of the body. The accomplishment of the body is attained, and the body is filled with a stream of nectar. The vase empowerment is received. The disciple is generated as the body of the Five Buddha Families. As the water of the empowerment is poured from the nectar vase, the Five Families dissolve into light, transforming into a white wheel marked with the Oṃ syllable. Visualize that the disciple's Brahma aperture is marked with the Oṃ syllable. Exclaim: 'Emaho! Wonderful and amazing empowerment! Being one with the gurus, inseparable from the yidam deities, and blessed by the ḍākinīs, through the empowerment with the samaya substance torma, by the blessings of the Three Roots, may the blessings of the body enter the body, may the obscurations of the body be purified, and may the empowerment of the unchanging body and long life be attained!
