In the mandala of the secret mantra, Vajra Three Jewels, where the entrance to empowerment and samaya is one, I confess and reveal all faults, such as disparaging the lama, being angry with dharma brothers, and divulging secrets. Having properly made offerings to the supreme three mandalas, and having vowed to uphold the samaya of samadhi and practice, May the heart commitments of the lama and yidam be fulfilled, and may you bestow supreme and common accomplishments. With faithful merit, the substance of actions, and having used the substances of tsok offerings, offerings, and generosity, Whatever has become the cause of birth as a demon, miser, or hungry ghost, I confess and reveal all contradictions, errors, and impairments. Having made offerings to the victorious ones and given to sentient beings, and having connected with the path of meritorious actions, Having fully accomplished the path of the heart of enlightenment, having restored impairments, I beseech you to bestow accomplishments. Although I vowed to practice at all times, due to laziness, adverse conditions, and being swayed by this life, I neglected practice and the four sessions passed their time. I confess and reveal the broken samaya of practice. In the expanse of the dharmata, the blossoming of enlightenment, I generate the nature of the generation and completion stages as much as I can with devotion. By urging and fulfilling the three virtues, having restored impairments, I beseech you to bestow accomplishments. In the mandala of the purity of the nature of all dharmas, appearance, sound, awareness, and intelligence are the nature of body, speech, and mind, Knowing and not knowing, abandoning and not abandoning, practicing and not practicing, accepting and not accepting, I confess and reveal the twenty-eight impairments. With the nature of pure outer and inner thoughts, I aspire to practice the view, meditation, conduct, and result. By fulfilling the space of day and night samadhi, having restored impairments, I beseech you to bestow accomplishments. In the mandala of the great clear light bindu, inseparable from the essence and nature, In the ocean of intention and conduct, in the cause of no gathering or dispersing, I confess and reveal sinking and agitation. In the state of the great perfection of the nature of all dharmas, samsara and nirvana are merely names, self-arising as illusion. In the realm of the accomplished space, filled with the eight pure wisdoms of samadhi. Grant the attainments of the noble eightfold path. Vajra King, the source of qualities. Sixteen Vidyadharas, the glory of perfecting the great earth. Filled with the sixteen pure wisdoms of emptiness. Grant the attainment of the complete name Vajradhara. The five pure wisdoms, the dakinis of the five families. Filled with the ten perfections possessing the ten powers. The ten wisdoms are the realm of pure samadhi. Grant the attainment of accomplishing both self and other's benefit. The four gatekeepers who have perfected permanence and annihilation. Filled with the spontaneously arisen clear light possessing the four immeasurables. The non-dual Bodhicitta, liberated from the four extremes. Grant the attainment of the Dharmakaya Mahamudra. The goddesses of desirable qualities, emanating clouds of offerings. The eight charnel grounds, the field protectors and their retinues. Filled with the ocean of desirable qualities and offering clouds of existence and non-existence. Grant the attainment of perfection in the realm of samsara and nirvana. In the mandala of accomplishing the supreme three vajras. By accumulating the two accumulations and confessing downfalls. May the four Vidyadhara grounds be spontaneously accomplished. May a great rain of supreme and common attainments fall.
