The five desires of form, sound, smell, taste, and touch, and their respective offering goddesses, radiating various lights, offering by filling the entire expanse of the sky with immeasurable offerings. Self-arisen wisdom, medicine that eliminates the five poisons, nectar possessing the five wisdoms, offering to the assembly of Guru, Yidam, and Dakini, supplicating to grant supreme and common attainments.
