Next, invoke the mandala of the mind of all Buddhas in the ten directions, let it dissolve into your hearts, purify the sins of the mind, and visualize that the nectar of the accomplishments of the Buddhas' minds fills your entire body. Place the body mandala on the crown of your head and heart, and recite: Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,hum, seed syllable, meaning universal wisdom). O Bhagavan Vajra Akshobhya, who purifies the karmic obscurations of beings, grant this fortunate son of lineage the unerring empowerment of the mind. End of the mantra: citta abhiṣiñca hūṃ (藏文,梵文天城体,citta abhiṣiñca hūṃ,mind, empower, hūṃ). Visualize that from the sky above, a vase filled with wisdom deities descends, enters through the Brahma aperture at the crown of your head, and stably abides in the center of your heart as the embodiment of wisdom. By this, you obtain the subsequent permission of the mind, and you are empowered to meditate on samadhi, making the seed of the Dharmakaya powerful. Visualize that the offering of Bhagavan Akshobhya radiates immeasurable white, red, blue, and green light from the four places of his body, and invoke the complete mandala of the body, speech, and mind of all Buddhas in the ten directions, dissolving into your three places, purifying the sins of the three doors equally, and visualize that the nectar of the accomplishments of the three secrets fills your entire body with various colors. Place the offering on your head and recite: Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,hum, seed syllable, meaning universal wisdom). O Bhagavan Vajra Akshobhya, who purifies the karmic obscurations of beings, grant this fortunate son of lineage the complete empowerment of the four bodies. End of the mantra: sarva abhiṣiñca hrīḥ (藏文,梵文天城体,sarva abhiṣiñca hrīḥ,all, empower, hrīḥ). With devotion, visualize that the offering, clear as a deity, dissolves into light and merges into you, becoming one and inseparable. If time permits, recite auspicious prayers between each subsequent permission. Even if abbreviated, you must recite auspicious prayers and the mantra of su pratiṣṭha (藏文,梵文天城体,su pratiṣṭha,well established) here, and scatter flowers. Give a portion of the offering, including the nectar, as an accomplishment. By this, you obtain the subsequent permission of the complete body, speech, and mind, and you are empowered to meditate on the yoga of the indivisible union of the three doors, making the seed of the Svabhavikakaya powerful. Then, connect in the usual way, vow to keep the commitments, offer the mandala, etc., supplement the offerings, and bless. Make offerings and praises to the deity in front, confess transgressions. If there is a wisdom deity to rely on, then stabilize it; if not, then send the wisdom deity back and dissolve the samaya deity into yourself. Perform the generation and dissolution of the self-generation deity, dedicate the merit, and recite auspicious prayers. By performing it according to the sadhana, it will be accomplished. May all the great-minded Bodhisattvas, following in the footsteps of these Buddhas, may I and others also attain the boundless liberation of this victor. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This is the chapter on the practice of Akshobhya (Immovable Buddha), including the subsequent empowerment, from the profound heart essence of the Seven Cycles. May virtue and auspiciousness increase!
