Filled with the nectar of life, the two right hands hold a vajra and a blazing wish-fulfilling jewel, the two left hands hold a wheel and a crossed vajra. Adorned with flowing and beautiful robes, with headdresses, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and sacred threads, complete with all the ornaments of perfect enjoyment. The two legs are in a lotus posture, the backdrop is of the nature of five-colored rainbows, meditate on appearance without inherent existence. Light radiates, gathering all the life accomplishments of all the Sugatas, dissolving into one's own body. Focus single-pointedly on this visualization. Recite: Om Ah Hum (藏文:ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:ओम् आः हूँ,IAST: oṃ āḥ hūṃ,Meaning: Body, Speech, and Mind). Om Hum Tram Hrih Ah, Jnana Vajra Ayushe Hum Bhrum Nri Jah, Sarva Siddhi Phala Hum Hrih. (藏文:ཨོཾ་ཧཱུྃ་ཏྲཱཾ་ཧྲཱིཿཨཱ༔ ཛྙཱ་ན་བཛྲ་ཨཱ་ཡུ་ཥེ་ཧཱུྃ་བྷྲཱུྃ་ནྲྀ་ཛ༔ སརྦ་སིདྡྷི་ཕ་ལ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱིཿ,IAST: oṃ hūṃ trāṃ hrīḥ āḥ jñāna vajra āyuṣe hūṃ bhrūṃ nṛ jaḥ sarva siddhi phala hūṃ hrīḥ,Literal meaning: Om, Hum, Tram, Hrih, Ah, Wisdom Vajra Long Life, Hum, Bhrum, Nri, Jah, All Accomplishments, Grant, Hum, Hrih). At the end of the session, visualize in the center of your heart, Guru Padmasambhava, the Lord of Life, with a body as clear and white as crystal, in the center of a sun and moon disc, visualize the unborn letter 'Ah' (藏文:ཨཿ,梵文天城体:अ,IAST: a,Meaning: A). From the union of the father and mother, a stream of white and red bodhicitta descends, filling the five chakras of the channels, increasing life, glory, merit, and completely obtaining all empowerments. Firmly meditate on this and dedicate the merit. Recite the hundred-syllable mantra of Yangchen one hundred and eight times to complete and purify any deficiencies. All beings in the three realms of samsara and nirvana dissolve into oneself as Amitayus, and oneself also transforms into a body of rainbow light. The Guru father and mother in the heart dissolve like water into water, the Guru father and mother dissolve into light, dissolving into the letter 'Ah' in the heart, the 'Ah' remains in the unborn realm. Abide in the uncontrived, natural state. After rising, protect the three places, and make aspirations and auspicious prayers. If giving the initiation of this practice, on a mandala of eight lotus petals, place a three-legged vessel, adorned with a vase of life filled with grains. Arrange a mala, statues, flowers, longevity pills, longevity wine, etc. Set up the arrow, medicine, blood torma, and outer offerings, etc. Having prepared all necessities, from the self-generation of the deity to the recitation, proceed according to the sadhana. Bless the offerings, purify the front support, from emptiness and compassion, on a lotus and sun-moon cushion, from the red 'Hrih' (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,IAST: hrīḥ,Meaning: Hrih) arises Amitayus, etc., until visualizing appearance without inherent existence, proceed according to the sadhana. From the 'Hrih' in the heart, light radiates, inviting the wisdom being. Invocation: 'Hrih! From the vast expanse of the great bliss and purity, I invite the Bhagavan, the supreme deity, Amitayus, I beseech the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas to descend here with the power of compassion, grant the supreme and common accomplishments.' Vajra Samaja (藏文:བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛ,IAST: vajra samāja,Meaning: Vajra Samaja). The samaya being and the wisdom being become one. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
