向空行母三十二尊顶礼！ 他是伽那帕提（Gaṇapati，象头神）的化身，向所有金父（Giṃ-pho）顶礼！她是吉祥天女（Lhamo Palmo，Śrīdevī）的化身，向所有金母（Giṃ-mo）顶礼！ 她是掌管世间界的主，是恐怖炽燃、发髻高耸者，是耽著于欲望之味者，向所有空行母的玛姆（Māmo）众顶礼！ 她是善恶的掌控者，是誓言的追随者，是如教奉行的助手，向所有誓言者的海洋众顶礼！这是身体的忏悔。 第二是语言的忏悔：智慧勇识金刚萨埵（Vajrasattva），其心髓是最后的百字明，轮回的光芒四射，净化我与无边众生的所有违犯和障碍。 从地狱之处彻底翻转，转变为持明者的胜者净土。如此观想后，念诵此咒：嗡 班匝萨埵 萨玛雅（Oṃ Vajrasattva samaya）……等，直至 萨埵 阿 吽 呸（Sattva Āḥ Hūṃ Phaṭ）。 如扎的忏悔是：嗡！大悲世尊金刚萨埵，无垢海螺之色，至极妙好之身，清净光明，如百万太阳般闪耀，勇士的光芒照亮千界。 您被称为三有（srid pa gsum，三界）的建筑师，是三界众生的唯一怙主，慈悲之主，请您垂听！ 我从无始以来，迷失道路，在轮回之轮中漂泊，昔日因业力颠倒而造作罪恶，对所作的罪业深感懊悔。 强大而猛烈的业力占据上风，我沉溺于轮回苦海之中，嗔恨的火焰焚烧着我的自性，愚痴的黑暗遮蔽了我的智慧，贪欲的海洋吞噬了我的意识。 强烈的我慢之山将我压入恶道，嫉妒的狂风席卷着我在轮回中漂荡，紧紧地系缚着我执的绳索，欲望如火坑般将我吞噬。 猛烈的痛苦如雨般倾泻而下，我难以忍受这样的痛苦，罪业的烈火熊熊燃烧，意识的幼苗被烧焦，幻化的身体难以承受。 慈悲之主，您能忍受吗？我愚昧无知，业力深重，罪大恶极，因业力而生于欲界如扎（Rudra），既已出生，我深感后悔，对歧途彻底绝望。 即使后悔绝望，也无法改变业力，业力的力量如同奔腾的河流，业力的洪流怎能立即停止？ 一切果报皆源于自身的业力。

Homage to the thirty-two Ḍākinīs! He is the emanation of Gaṇapati (elephant-headed god), homage to all Giṃ-phos! She is the emanation of the goddess Śrīdevī (Lhamo Palmo), homage to all Giṃ-mos! She is the mistress who holds power over the world realm, the terrifying and blazing one with matted hair, the one attached to the taste of desire, homage to the assembly of Māmos of all Ḍākinīs! She is the one who controls good and bad, the follower of vows, the helper who accomplishes according to the command, homage to the ocean of all oath-bound ones! This is the confession of the body. Second is the confession of speech: Wisdom-being Vajrasattva, whose heart essence is the ultimate hundred-syllable mantra, whose rays of light radiate throughout saṃsāra, purifying all violations and obscurations of myself and limitless sentient beings. Turning completely from the state of hell, transforming it into the pure land of the victorious Vidyādharas. Having meditated thus, recite this mantra: Oṃ Vajrasattva samaya... etc., until Sattva Āḥ Hūṃ Phaṭ. The confession of Rudra is: Oṃ! Great Compassionate Lord Vajrasattva, immaculate conch-colored, supremely beautiful in form, pure and radiant, shining like a million suns, the light of heroes illuminating a thousand realms. You are known as the architect of the three realms (srid pa gsum), the sole protector of all beings in the three realms, Lord of compassion, please listen! From beginningless time, I have lost my way, wandering in the wheel of saṃsāra, in the past I committed sins by acting against the Dharma, I deeply regret whatever sinful deeds I have done. The powerful and fierce karma has taken over, I am drowning in the ocean of suffering of saṃsāra, the fire of hatred burns my own being, the darkness of ignorance obscures my wisdom, the ocean of desire drowns my consciousness. The mountain of intense pride presses me into the lower realms, the red wind of jealousy scatters me in saṃsāra, I am bound by the tight knot of self-grasping, I have fallen into the pit of desire like a fire pit. Intense suffering falls like unbearable rain, I find it difficult to endure such suffering, the fierce power of sinful karma blazes, the sprout of consciousness is scorched, the illusory body cannot bear it. Compassionate Lord, can you endure it? I am foolish, ignorant, with bad karma, a great sinner, due to karma I was born as Rudra in the desire realm, having been born, I deeply regret it, I have completely despaired of the wrong path. Even if I regret and despair, there is no way to change the karma, the force of karma is like the course of a river, how can the flood of karma be stopped immediately? 出现，即使进入佛法之门，也未能如愿以偿。身语意三门被罪恶所掌控，被业力的猛烈狂风所驱使，我过去无数劫以来，在轮回的黑暗监狱中徘徊。凭借近侍您慈悲的加持，业和烦恼的障碍得以净化，如慈母般在您的座前安住。如太阳般光芒四射，如月亮般明亮清澈，您慈悲的面容，百看不厌。从无始以来，因无明的障翳，被蒙蔽的双眼未能得见，众生的怙主您如今身在何处？业力是如此强烈和难以忍受，我感到极度恐惧和毛骨悚然，发出绝望的哀嚎，发出可怜的呻吟。慈悲的怙主若不在此时垂念，何时才能在死亡来临，身心分离之际，与善知识和道友分离，被阎罗带走？那时，世间的亲友都无法相救，我将独自被业力带走。那时我将无依无靠，所以不要拖延，不要错过时机，现在就请您垂念并给予加持。 像我这样被业力折磨的众生，从无始以来就持有错误的见解，未能从三界轮回中解脱，经历了无数劫和无数次的转世。取过无数有形的身体，又无数次地死去，积累的血肉骨骼与世界一样巨大，积累的脓血如大海一般，积累的业力无法想象，无法言说。即使经历了三界和无数次的生死轮回，所作所为都毫无意义地浪费了。在无数次的转世中，哪怕只有一次转世，为了无上菩提而精进修行，那么所做的一切才有意义，才能最终获得涅槃。然而，业力的力量强大，烦恼的力量强大，我取了血肉之躯，在轮回中徘徊，陷入难以忍受的痛苦轮回监狱。如此难以忍受的痛苦，都是由自己的业力所致。祈请大慈悲者切断恶业之流，遣除烦恼业力之风。无明的邪见是如此强大，如果我永远迷失在无知的黑暗中，难道不会被智慧之灯的光芒照亮吗？如果我无法忍受恶业的果报，难道大慈悲者不会展现您的事业吗？如果我坠入邪见的深渊，难道您不会迅速伸出援手吗？贪嗔痴三毒难以忍受……

Appeared, but even entering the Dharma, it did not work as desired. Body, speech, and mind were controlled by sin, driven by the fierce red wind of karma. I, in the past, for countless eons, wandered in the dark prison of samsara. Through the blessings of your compassion, O attendant, karma and afflictive obscurations were purified, and now I dwell at your feet like a loving mother. Your compassionate face, blazing like the sun and clear like the moon, is never tiring to behold. From beginningless time, due to the cataract of ignorance, my blinded eyes have not seen. Where do you, the protector of beings, reside now? Karma is so strong and unbearable that I am extremely frightened and terrified, uttering desperate cries and pitiful groans. If the compassionate protector does not heed me at this time, when will it be? When death comes, and body and mind separate, I will be separated from virtuous friends and companions and taken away by Yama. At that time, worldly relatives will not be able to help, and I will be taken away alone by karma. At that time, I will have no protector or refuge, so do not delay or miss the opportunity. Please heed me now and grant your blessings. Beings like me, tormented by karma, have held wrong views from beginningless time, unable to be liberated from the three realms of samsara, experiencing countless eons and countless rebirths. Taking countless tangible bodies and dying countless times, the accumulated flesh and bones are as vast as the world, the accumulated pus and blood are like a great ocean, and the accumulated karmic debts are unimaginable and unspeakable. Even having experienced the three realms and countless cycles of birth and death, all actions have been wasted meaninglessly. Out of countless rebirths, if only one lifetime were dedicated to the pursuit of unsurpassed enlightenment, then all that was done would be meaningful, and one would ultimately attain nirvana. However, the power of karma is strong, and the power of afflictions is strong. I have taken a body of flesh and blood and wander in samsara, trapped in the unbearable prison of suffering. Such unbearable suffering arises from my own karma. I pray that the great compassionate one will cut off the stream of negative karma and dispel the winds of afflictive karma. Ignorance and wrong views are so powerful that if I am forever lost in the darkness of unknowing, will I not be illuminated by the light of the lamp of wisdom? If I cannot bear the ripening of negative karma, will the great compassionate one not manifest your activity? If I fall into the abyss of wrong views, will you not quickly reach out your hand to save me?
