(藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཧ་ན་ཧ་ན་བཛྲ་པཉྩ་ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ་ཋཿཋཿཋཿ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra samaya hana hana vajra pañca amṛta ṭhaḥ ṭhaḥ ṭhaḥ，Literal meaning: Om, Vajra, Samaya, strike, strike, Vajra, five, Amrita, Phat, Phat, Phat!) Thus, this water of the Vajra vow descends into the heart. If you do not keep the vow, you will transform into a nine-headed iron scorpion, and you will experience suffering in this life and the next. If you keep the vow, you will transform into Vajrasattva, be blessed, and all nine virtues and eight aspirations will be accomplished. If you do not cherish the vow, you will be torn apart immediately. Therefore, to keep the vow, child, you must swear from the bottom of your heart! If I violate the vow, may the Vajra of the Buddhas of the three times shatter my head! Vajra Samaya Idam Nara Kana! Thirteenth, Throwing Flowers: Make a mandala with the hand symbols of the five families. I, Heruka, will explain the secret mantra as it is. To test your lineage, offer the flower of knowledge to the deity. Circumambulate the mandala to the right, with the intention of throwing flowers from the east gate. In reality, visualize the great and glorious Heruka, the five Buddha families, and their retinues clearly present within the mandala's enclosure. With the wish that the garland of flowers previously given will strike the deity of the lineage to which you are connected, recite the following and throw: From the beginning of time, in the mandala of the lineage to which you are connected, by offering this flower of knowledge, may you meet the Yidam deity! Puspe Pratitsa Ho! (藏文：པུཥྤེ་པྲ་ཏཱིཙྪ་ཧོ，梵文天城体：पुष्पे प्रतीच्छ हो，梵文罗马拟音：puṣpe pratīccha ho，Literal meaning: Flower, Accept, Ho!) If the flower falls in the center, it is Vajra Dragpo Tsal; if it falls in the east, it is Yeshe Dragpo Tsal; if it falls in the south, it is Ratna Dragpo Tsal; if it falls in the west, it is Padma Dragpo Tsal; if it falls in the north, it is Karma Dragpo Tsal; if it falls on a woman, it is Vajra Dragmo Tsal, etc. Bless with wisdom, visualize that the deity of your lineage accepts it, and as a symbol of empowerment, tie the crown on your head. In this mandala of Heruka, by the blessing of offering flowers, may you recognize your own wisdom deity and attain the accomplishment of your lineage! At the end of Rulu, recite: Buddha Vajra Ratna Padma Karma Sarva Siddhi Tvam Sarva Siddhimme Prayaccha!
