May it be so. In the east, there are six deities who perform peaceful actions: Rakshasi with a yak face, holding a vajra, ash-colored; Brahma with a snake face, holding a lotus, yellow; Great God with a leopard face, holding a trident, yellow; Conceptualizer with a monkey face, holding a wheel, blue; Youth with a bear face, holding a short spear, red; Indra with a bear head, holding a lasso, red; all seated on single animal skins, in a dancing posture. In the south, there are six deities who perform increasing actions: holding a vajra phurba, a razor, yellow; Peaceful One with a water monster face, holding a vase, red; Ambrosia with a scorpion face, holding a lotus, red; Moon with a mottled face, holding a vajra, white; Becon with a crow face, holding a wooden staff, green; Rakshasi with a tiger face, holding a skull cup of blood, red; all seated on single animal skins, in a dancing posture. In the west, there are six deities who perform magnetizing actions: Eater with a vulture face, holding a wooden staff, green; Joyful One with a horse face, holding a large pot, red; Powerful One with a bear head, holding a plow, red; Rakshasi with a dog face, holding a vajra, red; Desire with a bird face, holding a drawn arrow, red; Wealth Guardian with a fox head, holding a vase, red; all seated on single animal skins, in a dancing posture. In the north, there are six deities who perform wrathful actions: Wind God with a fox face, holding a banner, green; Fire Goddess with a vulture face, holding kindling, red; Pig Mother with a pig face, holding a tusk lasso, black; Vajra with a crow face, holding a small field, red; Big Nose with an elephant face, holding a wooden staff, green; Water God with a snake face, holding a snake lasso, green; all seated on single animal skins, in a dancing posture. At the four gates of the outer circle of the mandala: in the east, a cuckoo, holding an iron hook, white; in the south, a Rakshasa face, holding a lasso, yellow; in the west, a lion face, holding an iron chain, red; in the north, a snake face, holding a bell, green; all seated on single animal skins, in a dancing posture. The protectors outside the mandala: the twenty-eight Ishvaras, also without distraction, may they appear clearly in the mind. Thus, the outer is the vessel world palace, the inner is the mandala of sentient deities, like a moon in water, a rainbow, appearing but empty of inherent existence. Here, some lamas arrange the lower level as a peaceful mandala and the upper level as a wrathful mandala, which seems to be in accordance with the practice and without contradiction. However, in the major and minor action practices, there is no mention of upper and lower levels, so this confusing method seems to be neither in accordance with the scriptures nor with tradition, so it is pointed out here. Regarding this, there are also examples in some commentaries that mention placing Vairochana in the center and Samantabhadra in the space above. In addition, there are practices of placing (deities) on four lotus petals, four wheel spokes, sixteen lotus petals, ten (petals), and sixteen wheel spokes within the mandala, which are not in accordance with any of the root texts of major and minor action practices, sadhanas, bardo introductions, etc., and are therefore arbitrary fabrications. Then, the blessing: Thus, at the crown of the head of the fully manifested (mandala) is a white OM (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), at the throat... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
