Visualize the principal deity (yi dam) residing with the consort (yum). The deities of the mandala (dkyil 'khor) descend like one lamp dividing into two, merging into non-duality. Holding their respective implements (tsakli), recite: Hum! O fortunate son of noble lineage, you receive the empowerment of Samantabhadra (kun bzang) and consort, may your mind's dharmas be purified, and may you attain the power of the boundless Dharmakaya (chos sku)! Dharmakaya Abhisinca Om Ah Hum Hri. Hum! O fortunate son of noble lineage, you receive the empowerment of the Five Buddha Families, may the five aggregates (phung po lnga po) be purified, and may you attain the power of the boundless Sambhogakaya (longs sku)! Om Hum Sva Am Ha Sambhogakaya Abhisinca Ah. Hum! O fortunate son of noble lineage, you receive the empowerment of the Five Consorts of the Buddhas, may the five elements ('byung lnga) be purified without abandonment, and may you attain the power of the Five Consorts of the Five Families!
