། བརྩོན་འགྲུས། བསམ་གཏན། ཤེས་རབ། ཅེས་དང་། སེར་སྣའི་གནས་སུ། ཁྲིམས་འཆལ། ཁོང་ཁྲོ །ལེ་ལོ། རྣམ་གཡེང་། ཤེས་འཆལ་རྣམས་སུ་བསྒྱུར་བ་སོ་སོའི་གཟུངས་ སྔགས་བཟླ་ཞིང་རོལ་མོ་དང་བཅས་པས་ཁྲུས་བྱའོ། །དྲུག་པ་དུག་སྦྱོང་བ་ནི། བུམ་ཆུས་རྟེན་ལ་བྱབས་ཤིང་། འདོད་ཆགས་ཞེ་སྡང་གཏི་མུག་གསུམ། །འདི་དག་འཇིག་རྟེན་དུག་གསུམ་སྟེ། །སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་དུག་མི་མངའ། ། སངས་རྒྱས་བདེན་པས་དུག་སྦྱོང་ངོ་། །དེ་བཞིན་དུ། ཆོས་དང་དགེ་འདུན་ལ་ཡང་སྦྱར། འབྱུང་བ་སོ་སོས་བྱབས་ཤིང་། ས་འདི་དུག་གི་ཕ་ཡིན་ཏེ། །ས་འདི་དུག་གི་མ་ཡང་ཡིན། །སངས་རྒྱས་སྤྱན་མའི་བྱིན་རླབས་ཀྱིས། ། 3-4-32a ཚེ་འདས་ཁྱོད་ལ་དུག་མེད་ཤོག །དེ་བཞིན་དུ། ཆུ། མེ། རླུང་རྣམས། མཱ་མ་ཀི །གོས་དཀར་མོ། དམ་ཚིག་སྒྲོལ་མ་ཞེས་བསྒྱུར་བས་དུག་སྦྱོང་། བདུན་པ་སྐྱབས་སུ་འགྲོར་འཇུག་པ་ནི། ཚེ་འདས་དཀྱིལ་ འཁོར་པ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ཞིང་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས་པར་བསམས་ལ། སྔར་ཚོགས་གསག་གི་སྐབས་སུ་བརྗོད་པའི་ཕྱག་རྣམས་བྱས་པའི་རྗེས་སུ། ཕྱོགས་བཅུར་བཞུགས་པའི་བླ་མ་དང་། །མཆོག་གསུམ་ཞི་ཁྲོ་རབ་འབྱམས་ཀྱི། ། དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ལྷ་ཚོགས་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ། །དེ་རིང་སྙིང་ནས་བདག་སྐྱབས་མཆི། །མགོན་པོ་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཅན་རྣམས་ཀྱིས། །འཁོར་བའི་སེམས་ཅན་བདག་ལྟ་བུ། །བར་དོའི་གནས་ན་མགོན་མེད་ཅིང་། །འཇིགས་པས་ མནར་བ་བདག་ལ་དགོངས། །ཐོག་མེད་དུས་ནས་སྤྱད་པ་ཡི། །ལས་ངན་སྒྲིབ་པས་བཅིངས་པ་བདག །མཐའ་མེད་འཁོར་བའི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ལས། །བདེ་ཆེན་གནས་སུ་དྲང་དུ་གསོལ། །བར་དོའི་འཇིགས་པ་གཤིན་ རྗེའི་འཕྲང་། །ཉམ་ངའི་གནས་སུ་འཁྱམས་པའི་འགྲོ། །ཉོན་མོངས་གདུང་བས་གཟིར་བ་རྣམས། །བྱམས་པའི་ཐུགས་རྗེས་སྐྱོབ་ཏུ་གསོལ། །ཅེས་ལན་གསུམ་དུ་སྐྱབས་སུ་འགྲོར་འཇུག །བརྒྱད་པ་དབང་བསྐུར་བ་ནི། ཁྲུས་བྱ་མཎྜལ་ ཕུལ། དཔལ་ལྡན་རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཀྱེ༔ སོགས་ཀྱི་གསོལ་བཏབ་ནས་བཟུང་། རྗེས་གཏང་རག་གི་བར་སྔར་བཞིན་བྱའོ། །དགུ་པ་ཟས་གཏད་པ་ནི། ཚེ་འདས་རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔའི་སྐུར་བསྐྱེད་པའི་མདུན་དུ་བཟའ་བཏུང་སྣ་ཚོགས་བཤམས་ལ། རྒྱས་པར་ 3-4-32b སྤྲོ་ན། རྃ་ཡྃ་ཁྃ། སྟོང་པའི་ངང་ལས་ལྷ་རྫས་དང་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་ལས་གྲུབ་པའི་འདོད་ཡོན་གྱི་དངོས་པོ་གཟུགས་མཛེས་པ། སྒྲ་སྙན་པ། དྲི་ཞིམ་པ། རོ་མངར་བ། རེག་བྱ་འཇམ་པ་ཟག་པ་མེད་པའི་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་ནམ་ མཁའི་མཛོད་ཀྱི་འཁོར་ལོའི་སྤྲིན་ཆེན་པོར་གྱུར། ན་མཿསརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏེ་བྷྱོ་བི་ཤྭ་སོགས་ལན་གསུམ་གྱིས་བྱིན་བརླབས་ལ། ཁ་དོག་དབྱིབས་ལེགས་ཡིད་འོང་རྒྱན་ཕྲེང་ལྡན། །ཕྱོགས་དུས་ཀུན་ན་གཟུགས་མཆོག་ཅི་མཆིས་ པ། །རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔའི་གནས་ཐོབ་ཁྱོད་ལ་འབུལ། །ཟག་མེད་དགའ་བདེས་རྟག་ཏུ་ཚིམ་པར་ཤོག །

精进（བརྩོན་འགྲུས།，virtue of diligence），禅定（བསམ་གཏན།，virtue of meditation），智慧（ཤེས་རབ།，virtue of wisdom）。在吝啬之处，转化为破戒（ཁྲིམས་འཆལ།，violation of vows），愤怒（ཁོང་ཁྲོ།，anger），懒惰（ལེ་ལོ།，laziness），散乱（རྣམ་གཡེང་།，distraction），恶慧（ཤེས་འཆལ།，corrupted wisdom），各自持诵真言，伴随音乐进行沐浴。 第六，净化毒素：用瓶中的水擦拭所依物，念诵：‘贪（འདོད་ཆགས།，desire），嗔（ཞེ་སྡང་།，hatred），痴（གཏི་མུག，ignorance）这三者，是世间的三毒。’佛陀（སངས་རྒྱས།，Buddha），薄伽梵（བཅོམ་ལྡན་，Bhagavan）没有毒。以佛陀的真谛净化毒素。’同样地，也应用于佛法（ཆོས།，Dharma）和僧伽（དགེ་འདུན།，Sangha）。 用各种元素擦拭，念诵：‘此地是毒之父，此地也是毒之母。’以佛眼佛母（སངས་རྒྱས་སྤྱན་མ།，Buddha Locana）的加持，愿逝者你没有毒。’同样地，应用于水（ཆུ།，water），火（མེ།，fire），风（རླུང་།，wind）。通过念诵玛玛吉佛母（མཱ་མ་ཀི།，Mamakī），白衣观音（གོས་དཀར་མོ།，White-robed Tara），誓言度母（དམ་ཚིག་སྒྲོལ་མ།，Samaya Tara）来净化毒素。 第七，引入皈依：观想逝者向坛城（དཀྱིལ་འཁོར།，mandala）的本尊顶礼并祈祷。在之前积累资粮时念诵的礼敬文之后，念诵：‘十方安住的上师（བླ་མ།，lama）们，以及寂静（ཞི་，peaceful）与忿怒（ཁྲོ་，wrathful）浩瀚的三宝（མཆོག་གསུམ།，Three Jewels），坛城的所有本尊众，今天我从内心深处寻求庇护。’ ‘慈悲的怙主（མགོན་པོ།，protector）们，请关注像我这样轮回（འཁོར་བ།，samsara）中的众生，在中阴（བར་དོ།，bardo）的境地中无依无靠，被恐惧折磨的我。从无始以来所造作的恶业（ལས།，karma）和障碍（སྒྲིབ།，obscurations）束缚的我，请从无尽轮回的痛苦中，引导至大乐（བདེ་ཆེན།，great bliss）的境地。’ ‘在中阴的恐惧和阎罗（གཤིན་རྗེ།，Yama）的险境中，在令人恐惧的地方徘徊的众生，被烦恼（ཉོན་མོངས།，kleshas）的痛苦所折磨的众生，请以慈悲之心救护。’如此念诵三遍，引入皈依。第八，灌顶（དབང་བསྐུར།，empowerment）：进行沐浴，献上曼扎（མཎྜལ།，mandala）。从念诵‘具德金刚萨埵（རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔའ།，Vajrasattva）’开始，到最后的酬谢，都如前进行。 第九，施食：在逝者化现为金刚萨埵的本尊前，陈设各种食物和饮料。如果想要广陈设，念诵：嗡（རྃ་，oṃ，种子字，身清净），雍（ཡྃ་，yāṃ，种子字，语清净），康（ཁྃ，khāṃ，种子字，意清净）。从空性（སྟོང་པ།，emptiness）中，化现为天物和从禅定中产生的，令人渴望的事物，外形美丽，声音悦耳，气味芬芳，味道甘甜，触感柔滑，无漏的享受，化为如虚空宝藏般的云朵。 以‘那嘛 萨瓦 达他嘎达 贝 秀瓦（ན་མཿསརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏེ་བྷྱོ་བི་ཤྭ།，namaḥ sarva tathāgatebhyo viśva，皈命一切如来普遍)’等咒语加持三遍，念诵：‘颜色形状美好，令人心生欢喜，具有装饰的饰品，在所有方位和时间里，所有最殊胜的形象，献给获得金刚萨埵果位的您，愿您永远满足于无漏的喜乐。’

Diligence (བརྩོན་འགྲུས།), meditation (བསམ་གཏན།), wisdom (ཤེས་རབ།). In the place of stinginess, transform into violation of vows (ཁྲིམས་འཆལ།), anger (ཁོང་ཁྲོ།), laziness (ལེ་ལོ།), distraction (རྣམ་གཡེང་།), corrupted wisdom (ཤེས་འཆལ།), each reciting mantras and bathing with music. Sixth, purify poisons: Wipe the support with water from the vase, and recite: 'Desire (འདོད་ཆགས།), hatred (ཞེ་སྡང་།), ignorance (གཏི་མུག) these three are the three poisons of the world.' The Buddha (སངས་རྒྱས།), Bhagavan (བཅོམ་ལྡན་) has no poison. Purify the poison with the truth of the Buddha.' Similarly, apply to the Dharma (ཆོས།) and Sangha (དགེ་འདུན།). Wipe with various elements, and recite: 'This earth is the father of poison, this earth is also the mother of poison.' By the blessings of Buddha Locana (སངས་རྒྱས་སྤྱན་མ།), may the deceased be without poison.' Similarly, apply to water (ཆུ།), fire (མེ།), wind (རླུང་།). Purify the poison by reciting Mamaki (མཱ་མ་ཀི།), White-robed Tara (གོས་དཀར་མོ།), Samaya Tara (དམ་ཚིག་སྒྲོལ་མ།). Seventh, introduce refuge: Visualize the deceased prostrating and praying to the deities of the mandala (དཀྱིལ་འཁོར།). After the prostrations recited during the accumulation of merit, recite: 'The lamas (བླ་མ།) abiding in the ten directions, and the peaceful (ཞི་) and wrathful (ཁྲོ་) vast Three Jewels (མཆོག་གསུམ།), all the deities of the mandala, today I seek refuge from the depths of my heart.' 'Compassionate protectors (མགོན་པོ།), please look upon sentient beings like me in samsara (འཁོར་བ།), helpless in the bardo (བར་དོ།) state, tormented by fear. Bound by the negative karma (ལས།) and obscurations (སྒྲིབ།) accumulated from beginningless time, please lead me from the endless suffering of samsara to the state of great bliss (བདེ་ཆེན།).' 'In the fear of the bardo and the dangerous path of Yama (གཤིན་རྗེ།), beings wandering in terrifying places, those tormented by the suffering of kleshas (ཉོན་མོངས།), please protect with loving-kindness.' Recite this three times to introduce refuge. Eighth, empowerment (དབང་བསྐུར།): Perform bathing and offer the mandala (མཎྜལ།). From reciting 'Glorious Vajrasattva (རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔའ།)' onwards, until the final offering of gratitude, proceed as before. Ninth, offering food: In front of the deceased visualized as Vajrasattva, arrange various foods and drinks. If you want to make extensive offerings, recite: Oṃ (རྃ་，seed syllable, body purification), Yāṃ (ཡྃ་，seed syllable, speech purification), Khāṃ (ཁྃ，seed syllable, mind purification). From emptiness (སྟོང་པ།), transform into celestial substances and objects of desire arising from meditation, beautiful in form, pleasant in sound, fragrant in smell, sweet in taste, smooth in touch, unpolluted enjoyments, transforming into great clouds like a treasury of the sky. Bless three times with 'Namaḥ sarva tathāgatebhyo viśva (ན་མཿསརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏེ་བྷྱོ་བི་ཤྭ།，Taking refuge, I prostrate to all tathagatas, the universal)' and recite: 'Beautiful in color and shape, pleasing to the mind, adorned with ornaments, in all directions and times, all the most excellent forms, I offer to you who have attained the state of Vajrasattva, may you always be satisfied with unpolluted joy.' --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
