The method of meditation is: keep the body straight, regulate the breath, and keep the eyes still. Focus on the image of the deity, the letters, or the bindu (essence drop), fix the mind on it, and hold it firmly. Maintain a state of uncorrected, untainted, and unchanging, just like the pure sky. Rest in a state of non-thought, without beginning or end. If thoughts arise, the one who arises is your own mind, which has no color, shape, and cannot be identified. If you abide, the one who abides is the mind of awareness, which is the primordial state of original liberation. There is no taking or rejecting, no hope or fear, and no calculation. Rest in the great state of original emptiness, without root. Alternatively, write an 'Ah' (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: none) in front of you, and gaze at it with unwavering attention, remembering its unborn nature. When the mind rests in that natural state, relax and let go into a state of non-objectification. Occasionally, like a crow from a ship, keep track of where you are going, relying on mindfulness. Sometimes, visualize the white Duti (female messenger deity) starting from the navel and going up to the crown of the head. Visualize the bindu moving within it. From this, various experiences of emptiness will arise. If you become dull, visualize a white bindu between the eyebrows, rotating like a pea. Sometimes, rest in a state of non-objectified equanimity. In the breaks between meditation sessions, recognize awareness, relax, and maintain focus. This will make you accustomed to non-thought. Afterwards, all internal and external phenomena are your own appearances, like a dream. Although they appear, they are not real, like the moon in water. They are merely interdependent, like illusions. Do not cling, hate, hope, or fear. Whatever afflictions or thoughts arise, like waves dissolving into the ocean, take whatever arises as the path of Dharmakaya (the body of truth). Existence or non-existence, appearance or emptiness are just labels. Samsara (cyclic existence) and Nirvana (liberation) are your own appearances, without true clinging. Taking or rejecting, hoping or fearing are just mental fabrications. In reality, transform them into the non-dual Dharmakaya. This is the true instruction of the Completion Stage. Samaya! Ga Ga Ga! This was extracted as a treasure from Ngamshö Namchak Drak by the Vidyadhara (knowledge holder) Tertön (treasure revealer) Guru Chöwang. Now, from the practice of Vajrasattva's (the diamond being) Mind, here are the special instructions on the Four Visions of the Completion Stage. When your practice becomes stable in the above common Completion Stage, I will show you the secret key instructions. Body, speech, mind, door, object, and wind – six key points. The first is the body key: by understanding the differences in location and elements, adopt the posture of a lion, elephant, or sage. The speech key: cut off meaningless chatter. The mind key: sever thoughts of the past, present, and future. Rest in a state of uncorrected, unidentifiable. The door key: is the eyes of Dharmakaya, Sambhogakaya (the body of enjoyment), and Nirmanakaya (the body of emanation). Look slightly upward, forward, and downward. The object key: is the cloudless sky, and the light of the sun, moon, or lamp. The wind key: is very slow, with a slight exhalation and inhalation through the mouth. Thus, by possessing these six key points, the clear radiance of your own innate great wisdom emerges from the heart through the door of the eyes, through the white channels. In the sky, the pure light is like a rainbow or a peacock's feather. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Like a rainbow, light appears, within which, the essence of emptiness-bindu, multiple bindus appear like a rosary. Within that, the vajra chain, appears like a string of pearls on a horse's tail, slightly pulsating. This is the essence of self-awareness, seeing the single bindu, which is the manifestation of Dharmata. Then, through diligent practice, the Dharmadhatu awareness is sometimes clear, sometimes unclear. When the Dharmadhatu of space appears, the bindu shines like a cluster of five colors, beautiful and attractive, like a silk tent, like upward-extending spokes, etc., pervading all appearing realms. Everything is unmoving, abiding in its own place. From this, half-body images, single-body images, etc., countless forms appear clearly and brilliantly. External appearances become supportive conditions, internal deluded thoughts disappear, secret non-conceptuality abides in its own place. Experiences and perceptions increase, and at this time of death, one can attain enlightenment in the Bardo of Dharmata. Then, through diligent practice, in the bindu with fivefold halos, peaceful and wrathful deities, the hundred families, the five families, etc., countless pure lands appear, filling the space. At this time of death, one can be liberated into the Sambhogakaya pure land, dissolving into a great mass of illusory light. Afflictions are naturally liberated, the two obscurations are removed, delusions are completely exhausted, and wisdom increases. The physical body dissolves into the Dharmadhatu, body and pure land become one, and awareness reaches its limit. Again, through diligent practice, all bodies and pure lands, without cessation, all conceptual designations, and all sectarian attachments, all increases of experience will disappear. The physical body disappears, dissolving into light, speech disappears, dissolving into indestructible self-sound, deluded thoughts disappear, liberating into the Dharmakaya, returning to the original Dharmadhatu. This is the exhaustion of Dharmata. Through diligent practice, in three years and seven months, one can attain the rainbow body, achieve the indestructible vajra body, measured by three abidings, nailed down by three attainments, based on three immovables, all hopes and fears, signs will be purified, and ultimately, the self-nature of Dharmadhatu will be attained. This is the pith instruction of the four appearances. Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! The treasure revealer Dro-dul Lingpa unearthed it from Ngamshö Namchak Drak. From the practice of Vajrasattva Mind Essence, the pith instructions on dreams: For the sake of leading beings who are in delusion onto the correct path, this teaching on dreams is the only way. First, tame your mind-stream through preliminary practices, just as if there were no influence of karmic imprints, in external appearances, towards the objects of attachment, all doors of negation, affirmation, and establishment, should be held like a dream without distraction, with strong mindfulness. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
