将自身观想为如彩虹般的光明本尊,在光明之中,观想具有四种特征的duti(梵文:dhūti,梵文罗马拟音:dhūti,藏文:དྷཱུ་ཏི་,明妃脉),左右充满rasana(梵文:rasanā,梵文罗马拟音:rasanā,藏文:རོ་རྐྱང་,味脉)和lalana(梵文:lalanā,梵文罗马拟音:lalanā,藏文:རྡུལ་ཟླ,红脉)。观想酥油融入duti中,在顶、喉、心、脐的脉轮上,修持ham(梵文:haṃ,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,藏文:ཧཾ་,种子字,天,空),om(梵文:oṃ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,藏文:ཨོཾ་,种子字,身,皈依),hūṃ(梵文:hūṃ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,藏文:ཧཱུྃ་,种子字,意,摧破),以及阿字。

Again, practice these various categories of mudras (hand gestures), in order to subdue various beings, maintain pure bodhicitta (mind of enlightenment) and mindfulness, and placing the three thousand worlds into a mustard seed, etc. Before becoming stable, one should diligently practice with one-pointedness. Second, of the wisdom heart essence, hold the samadhi (meditative absorption) focused on the Hūṃ syllable, without distraction. Perform union practice, binding the winds, and mentally recite. Once familiar, the three aspects of entering, abiding, and dissolving, combine Oṃ, Āḥ, and Hūṃ with the mind's resonance. Perform the recitation of unborn vajra (diamond). Thus, combine the weary mantra and the extending and contracting of the mala (rosary), without distraction, perform the speech recitation, adhering to the measure of time or number. Third, in the completion stage, first cherish the nail of view. View appearances as illusory, view the mind as free from grasping and being grasped. That itself is without beginning, end, or middle, without color or shape, and cannot be identified. Having settled on that, meditate on bliss, clarity, and non-thought. Visualize your own body as a rainbow-like deity, in the center of clarity, visualize the dhūti (central channel) with four characteristics, filled with rasana (right channel) and lalana (left channel) on the right and left. Visualize ghee (clarified butter) entering the dhūti, meditate on Haṃ, Oṃ, Hūṃ, and the A syllable in the chakras (energy centers) of the crown, throat, heart, and navel. Strongly press down from above and lift up from below, dividing into three winds. The wind arising from rasana, burns the A syllable like a bellows. By this, the Hūṃ syllable in the heart melts, descends through the central channel to the A syllable. By the practice of drawing in the lower wind, stimulate the A syllable of the navel, pressing the heart, thinking of being filled with bliss, the Oṃ syllable of the throat burns and drips as before. There too, when bliss is stable, the Oṃ melts and dissolves into the A syllable of the navel. Burn and drip on the Haṃ syllable of the crown, filling the entire body from the crown downwards. When bliss arises, from the Haṃ syllable, the descending bindu (essential drop) reaches the secret place, clearly meditate on the bliss. Abide in the state of bliss, again with a strong Hūṃ syllable, pull upwards and expand. Once familiar, rely on the bliss of combining with wisdom, abide in the state of great bliss, primordial purity. When meditating on clear emptiness wisdom, identify whatever arises as awareness, neither negating nor affirming, abide in its natural state. In particular, clearly visualize the three channels, abide in the posture of lotus, bound, or equal. Exhale the breath, focus the mind on Haṃ and A, lift the lower wind upwards. Focus the mind on the Hūṃ syllable in the heart, bind the upper wind downwards from above. Combining the winds, abiding in equality, do not conceptualize anything, the coming and going is always slow. At that time, light arises from the dhūti, think of the body as clear as crystal. The coarse wind transforms into subtle wind, the eyes do not move, gaze into space. When the experience of clear and pure wisdom arises, identify its meaning, it is especially important to meditate for a long time, do not conceptualize. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
