The benefit is that the nose is the gateway to the brain, and it is most effective for diseases of the head and above the shoulders. In particular, saffron, clarified butter, and sugar mixed together can eliminate head wind, blood disorders, headaches, and convulsions. Clove, emblic myrobalan, sugar, and clarified butter mixed together can eliminate brain diseases of the ears, eyes, and cheeks. Radish juice can eliminate ear and head diseases. Puffball can eliminate nosebleeds, brain blood, and tooth worms. Clarified butter can eliminate wind diseases above the shoulders. The method of administration is to lie on your back on an empty stomach in the morning, with a low pillow and your head tilted back, instill five to seven drops. Afterwards, drain any edema, pus, etc. To cleanse the throat and neck, drink boiled water. Fumigate with the smoke of burning white sandalwood and fresh butter. The reversal reaction is to apply cold water to the top of the head when bleeding occurs.
