珍贵的土地啊！用大剂量药物压制后，要按压其痕迹。不压制风邪，提前疏导最为珍贵。因疾病引起的，不以水为首选。药物令人厌烦时，要隐秘地给予。不说话不动弹，静静地坐着。 若由鬼神引起，要驱逐、守护和驱赶。泻药失效时，有药失效和病失效两种情况。药失效无痛时，可再次给予。病失效时，若腹泻则给予酸粥。腹胀时，胃部如水池般膨胀。胃部热敷时，要敲打并用骨头摩擦。芫荽子和蓝宝石等量。 研磨成粉后，将煮沸的汤汁全部给予。泻和呕吐同时发生时，胃中不会残留疾病。泛滥有热泛滥和冷泛滥两种。药物的味道、身体和病症的开口有四种。热泛滥时，大便赤黄，气味浓烈，脉搏和尿液发热。用冷水浸泡膝盖和脚踝，用星宿水切割。冷泛滥时，无异味，尿液清澈如水。 用融化的酥油、阿魏、肉桂等制止。药物的味道作用于身体时，给予芒硝水。病症的开口打开时，不要阻止，要滋养身体。胆汁的脉搏开口打开时，要迅速阻止。给予四味茵陈汤，加入熊胆制止。共同的方面，可以用米粥。 或者大麦粥、新鲜肉汤等。加入松脂、阿魏、豆蔻、草果、肉桂。加入胡椒和石榴，给予藏茴香。不要让人口渴，这样一定能止住。生命鸟巢的关键有五种。 零散的风邪产生，鼻孔没有压制，药物和疾病不相容，产生疼痛，呕吐被压制，进入肺部，鬼神发怒，变成胃病。 若从疾病中取出命根，就会死亡。像洗澡一样不舒服，进行空呕吐，身体虚弱，意识模糊，胡言乱语。是零散的风邪，用苏鲁香熏、按摩。骨头 汤、艾灸、鼻吸、泻药等都要停止。合适与不合适，时间不恰当，疾病和治疗混淆，就会产生疼痛。检查寒热，采取对治的寒凉或温热。热痛时，给予母鹿和马的冷汤。寒凉的热敷和药粉，选择哪个合适。 寒痛时，给予等量的汤药和温热的热敷。泻药进入肺部，咳嗽增多，上身疼痛。治疗咳嗽、呕吐、放血、药粉和干燥药物。鬼神发怒，发生胃反流时，用对治的方法 杀死。身体虚弱，疾病没有显现出来。

If the medicine fails without pain, it can be given again. If the disease fails, give sour porridge if diarrhea occurs. When bloated, the stomach is swollen like a pool. When applying a hot compress to the stomach, knock and rub with bones. Coriander seeds and sapphires are equal. After grinding into powder, give all the boiled soup. When diarrhea and vomiting occur at the same time, no disease will remain in the stomach. Overflow has two types: hot overflow and cold overflow. There are four types of medicine taste, body, and opening of the disease. In hot overflow, the stool is reddish-yellow, the smell is strong, and the pulse and urine are hot. Soak the knees and ankles in cold water, and cut with constellation water. In cold overflow, there is no odor, and the urine is clear as water. Stop it with melted ghee, asafoetida, cinnamon, etc. When the taste of the medicine acts on the body, give mirabilite water. When the opening of the disease is opened, do not stop it, nourish the body. When the pulse opening of bile is opened, stop it quickly. Give Four-Flavor Yinchen Decoction, add bear bile to stop it. In common aspects, rice porridge can be used. Or barley porridge, fresh broth, etc. Add rosin, asafoetida, cardamom, amomum tsao-ko, cinnamon. Add pepper and pomegranate, and give caraway. Do not make people thirsty, this will definitely stop it. There are five keys to the life bird's nest. Scattered wind evil arises, the nostrils are not suppressed, the medicine and disease are incompatible, causing pain, vomiting is suppressed, enters the lungs, ghosts and gods are angry, and becomes stomach disease. If the life root is taken out of the disease, it will die. Uncomfortable like taking a bath, perform empty vomiting, weak body, blurred consciousness, and talk nonsense. It is scattered wind evil, use Suru incense, massage. Bone Soup, moxibustion, nasal inhalation, laxatives, etc. should be stopped. If it is suitable or unsuitable, and the time is not right, the disease and treatment are confused, and pain will occur. Check the cold and heat, and take the opposite cold or warm. In case of hot pain, give cold soup of doe and horse. Cold compress and powder, choose which is appropriate. In case of cold pain, give equal amounts of decoction and warm compress. If the laxative enters the lungs, the cough increases, and the upper body hurts. Treat cough, vomiting, bloodletting, powder and dry medicine. When ghosts and gods are angry and stomach reflux occurs, use the opposite method kill. Weak body, but the disease has not appeared.

应当珍视善后处理，为何它能消除疾病，耗尽精血，夺取性命？善后处理完毕，务必彻底清除。未经烹饪的谷物或面糊，略带咸味，用以调养身体，去除药物味道，驱除残留疾病。之后，逐渐增加稀、中等、稠厚的食物，以及肉汤和温热的食物。特别是热性病和寒性病两种情况。热性病又分为新病和旧病两种。对于新发热性疾病引起的腹泻，应以冷水、米粥、酸奶等清凉之物来调理。对于旧热病，则应以新鲜的凉性肉类、无油肉汤、茶水和煮沸的凉开水，以及酸奶等凉性滋补食物来调理。对于寒性病，则应以新旧羊肉、肉汤，以及温和的酒、融化的酥油和温热的食物来调理。通过逐步增加食物的量和稠度来进行调理。如果热性病后用热性食物来调理，会助长火势。寒性病后用寒性食物来调理，或者食用过量，会导致胃火熄灭，引起消化不良、水肿和肿瘤。泻药使用不当，会出现过量和不足两种情况。泻药使用过量，会导致精血耗尽，产生风病，体温下降。此时，应以食物、药物、温性滋补品来补充火气。泻药使用不足，会导致疾病复发，无法彻底清除，引起食欲不振，不想进食。这会增强疾病的力量，导致痰和胆汁增多。应通过饥饿、口渴、盐水漱口和葡萄干来补充火气，如果体质好，可以先做好准备工作，然后再次使用泻药。如果体质差，则应交替使用尼汝诃和温和的泻药。泻药使用得当，可以彻底清除疾病的根源，消除痰和胆汁。身体会感到轻松，腹部温暖，食欲也会打开。饥饿和口渴会按时出现，大小便也会顺畅排出。 以上是《八支精要密诀续》中关于五种作用之泻法的第十四章内容。 ༄། །第十五章 五种作用之催吐法 之后，仙人智慧明智又这样说道：伟大的仙人请听好！五种作用之催吐法包括前行、正行、善后处理和益处阐述。前行是观察疾病是否适合进行催吐。配制药物的前行分为近和远两种。不适合催吐的情况包括：精血耗尽、风病严重、水液流通受阻、视力模糊、寄生虫病、肛门脓肿、肉毒增生、过度衰老、过度年轻以及受邪魔附体者。适合催吐的情况包括：消化不良、瘰疬、肿瘤、铁屑沉积、毒物和癫痫、血液疾病。

If cold diseases are treated with cold food, or if too much is eaten, it will cause the stomach fire to go out, causing indigestion, edema, and tumors. Improper use of laxatives can lead to two situations: excessive and insufficient. Excessive use of laxatives can lead to depletion of essence and blood, causing wind diseases and a decrease in body temperature. At this time, food, medicine, and warm tonics should be used to replenish fire. Insufficient use of laxatives can lead to recurrence of the disease and failure to completely eliminate it, causing loss of appetite and unwillingness to eat. This will increase the power of the disease, leading to an increase in phlegm and bile. Hunger, thirst, salt water gargle, and raisins should be used to replenish fire. If the body is in good condition, prepare in advance and then use laxatives again. If the body is in poor condition, alternate between niruha and mild laxatives. Proper use of laxatives can completely eliminate the root of the disease and eliminate phlegm and bile. The body will feel light, the abdomen will be warm, and the appetite will open. Hunger and thirst will appear on time, and bowel movements and urination will be smooth. The preliminary practice is to observe whether the disease is suitable for emesis. The preliminary practice of preparing the medicine is divided into two types: near and far. Situations that are not suitable for emesis include: depletion of essence and blood, severe wind disease, obstruction of fluid flow, blurred vision, parasitic diseases, anal abscesses, proliferation of meat toxins, excessive aging, excessive youth, and those possessed by evil spirits. Situations suitable for emesis include: indigestion, scrofula, tumors, accumulation of iron filings, poisons and epilepsy, and blood diseases.
