Nasal laxatives include: long-beaked haritaki, licorice, water purslane, mirabilite, and long pepper. Mix and decoct them, and take them gently at dawn. It can be purgative without causing any discomfort such as borborygmus. Based on the hardness and softness of the abdomen, determine the dosage of the purgative. Why? Because if the abdomen is hard and the dose is small, it will not be able to induce the disease and will cause harm instead. If the abdomen is soft and the dose is too large, the body will be weakened. Therefore, in order to check the abdomen, nasal laxatives are very important. If the abdomen is soft, does not vomit, it can become a sharp and gentle assistant. Purgatives include: long-beaked haritaki, emblica, and four types: Srikhanda (white ghee soup), haritaki simmered in ashes, emblica simmered in tongue-crushed powder, Srikhanda (white ghee soup) simmered in white ghee, haritaki root bark detoxified and simmered in lime water.
