There are three types of Lungs: organ Lung, vessel Lung. There are two types of substantial Lung: liver Lung, spleen Lung. The organ Lungs are the three: stomach, large intestine, and colon. The vessel Lungs are the two methods of external vessel and internal vessel Lung. The types are four: heat Lung, cold Lung, worm Lung, and epidemic Lung. Heat Lung is the congealed blood of the liver and spleen, and blood and bile descend from the stomach and colon. Cold Lung is the undigested food descending in the stomach, and the large intestine and colon are caused by downward diarrhea and twisting. Worm Lung is the gathering of worms in both the stomach and colon. Epidemic Lung is the descent of epidemic disease onto the stomach and large intestine. The symptoms are: liver Lung has stabbing pain on the right side above the liver, illness arises after catching a cold, and the pulse and urine are hot. Spleen Lung has stabbing pain above the spleen below the ribs, causes bloating and rumbling, and worsens after drinking cold water. The treatment for stomach Lung is pain below the xiphoid process. The treatment for large intestine Lung is pain below the navel. The colon Lung has direct pain on the left and right sides of the navel. The cause of heat Lung is caused by heat, the body catches a cold, there is little urine and easy fatigue, vomiting blood or bile, and the pulse and urine are hot. Especially if there is blood descent in the stomach and colon, there is pain after catching a cold, belching and signs of vomiting, bitter taste, liver smell, and preference for hot compresses. If bile descends, there is dry mouth, severe thirst, bitter taste, vomiting bile, and stabbing pain and belching occur. The cause of cold Lung is caused by cold, there is bloating, no fatigue but constant pain, vomiting undigested phlegm, and cold sweats occur. Especially, it arises after eating undigested or unsuitable food, there are many rotten belches, and vomiting occurs on top of eating. The Lung disease where dark purple bruises appear in the colon, downward gas does not pass, and gas moves up and down. It worsens when full and at night, and is slightly comfortable when hungry and during the day. The large intestine cannot defecate due to downward diarrhea and twisting, it twists upwards, there is bloating and rumbling, and if it is severe, the intestines twist due to gas cramps and should be avoided. Worm Lung of the stomach and colon arises after eating white, sweet, and cold food, there is a feeling of worms gathering or something burning, there is great fatigue, and it is unbearable to stand. Epidemic disease descends on the stomach and large intestine, feeling like being stirred with a knife, the stomach is tight, the calves cramp, the hair stands on end, the pulse is weak, the ears become deaf, and the eyelashes fall out. The treatment for external vessel Lung is throbbing on both sides of the navel, and the treatment for internal vessel Lung is stabbing and chaotic throbbing at the life vessel. The treatment method: liver Lung is treated by bloodletting and moxibustion, and rock essence and Vasa are soaked in urine and taken.
