凡适合什么就用什么治疗。如是说。 《甘露心髓八支秘密窍诀续》中治疗瘿瘤的章节，第三十三（品）。 ༄། །第三十四（品）。治疗心脏病的章节。 此后，仙人意生又这样问道：尊贵的仙人大学者，智慧的本觉啊！在治疗脏腑的章节中，应如何学习？请行医的国王开示。如是请问后，仙人智慧的本觉这样说道：尊贵的仙人，请听好！关于脏腑疾病的治疗方法是：心、肺、肝、脾、肾五脏，胃、大肠、结肠的八种疾病中，首先治疗脏器之王——心脏。原因、分类、症状和治疗方法有四种。原因是忧伤、心烦意乱、心情不好，饮食不足、睡眠不足、强烈的嗔恨所致。分类有心悸、心绞痛、心热，心积水、心昏沉、心脏的寄生虫，以及叫做“黑口”的心脏病，共有七种。这些症状是：心悸时头痛、健忘严重，神志恍惚，无缘无故地不高兴，有时不问也胡说八道，有时问了也不回答，被难听的话吓到，用嘘声制止，呼吸短促，睡眠少，感觉心脏空虚或空荡荡的。心绞痛有两种：风引起的心绞痛和血引起的心绞痛。头晕、上身疼痛，呼吸短而重，眼脉突出，口舌干燥粗糙。血引起的心绞痛，舌头干燥，像被木桩钉住一样疼痛，抬头仰视，呼吸急促，呻吟。心热分为热势盛和热蕴结两种。热势盛时，神志不清、昏沉、眼睛发红、上身疼痛。心灼热，鼻孔干燥，胸背像被火烧一样。热蕴结在心脏时，会引起灼热感。心脏跳动时，感觉像被刀砍一样，舌头干燥短促。心积水时，说话多，腹部颤抖，睡眠少，心脏跳动，哈欠连天，身体摇晃，喜欢唱歌和大笑，容易生气。心昏沉时，健忘严重，思虑过度，食欲不振，嗜睡，感觉像石头压在心上。变成寄生虫时，眼睛颜色发黑，流出黏液，心脏跳动，感觉黑暗昏沉，像被锉刀刮擦一样。黑口病时，脉搏空虚，热度大，少言寡语，情绪低落，想打人，抬头仰视，头

In the Secret Oral Instruction Tantra of the Eight Branches of the Essence of Ambrosia, the chapter on treating goiter, the thirty-third. ༄། །The thirty-fourth. The chapter on healing heart disease. Then again, the sage Yid-las-kye asked: O great sage, Ye-shes of Rig-pa! How should I learn in the chapter on healing the internal organs? Please explain, O king of physicians who heals! After asking this, the sage Ye-shes of Rig-pa said: O great sage, listen! The method of healing diseases of the internal organs is as follows: the five organs of the heart, lungs, liver, spleen, and kidneys, and the eight diseases of the stomach, large intestine, and colon. First, heal the king of the organs, the heart. There are four aspects: causes, types, symptoms, and treatments. The causes are sorrow, mental disturbance, unhappiness, insufficient food, insufficient sleep, and strong anger. The types are heart palpitations, angina, heart fever, hydrops of the heart, heart obstruction, heart worms, and a heart disease called "black mouth," making seven in total. The symptoms are: heart palpitations cause headache and severe forgetfulness. Consciousness is agitated, and there is causeless unhappiness. Sometimes one babbles without being asked, and sometimes one does not answer when asked. One is startled by unpleasant words and silences them with a "shush." There is shortness of breath, little sleep, and a feeling that the heart is empty or hollow. Angina has two types: wind-induced angina and blood-induced angina. There is dizziness, upper body pain, and breathing that is short and heavy. The eye veins are prominent, and the mouth and tongue are dry and rough. Blood-induced angina causes a dry tongue and pain as if a stake were driven into it. One looks up and groans with rapid breathing. Heart fever has two types: increasing fever and latent fever. Increasing fever causes intoxication, lethargy, red eyes, and upper body pain. Heartburn causes a dry nose and a feeling that the chest and back are on fire. Latent fever in the heart causes a burning sensation. When the heart beats, it feels as if it is being cut with a knife, and the tongue is dry and short. If serous fluid accumulates in the heart, one talks a lot, the abdomen trembles, there is little sleep, the heart beats, one yawns constantly, the body sways, one likes to sing and laugh, and one gets angry easily. Heart obstruction causes severe forgetfulness and excessive thinking. There is poor appetite, excessive sleep, and a feeling that a stone is pressing on the heart. When it turns into worms, the eyes turn black and secrete mucus. The heart beats, and one feels dark and lethargic, as if being scraped by a file. If one falls ill in the middle of the night, the face may become crooked. The first method of treatment is, if wind enters the heart, turn fruit oil into a soft oil for eating and smearing. Alternatively, make a medicinal oil with nutmeg and bitter salt. Or, use the year oil of the great bone (deity of the large bones of adults and youths) to make fruit medicinal oil. Use costus root, nutmeg, bitter salt, and ginger. Add amla, pomegranate, and old brown sugar for consumption. Use aconite, haritaki, musk, rue, and costus root, camphor, nutmeg, myrrh, and make pills with brown sugar, taking them appropriately. On the sixth or seventh day, cauterize the upper heart and the sides of the heart. Avoid listening to women's idle gossip and nonsense. For wind pain, take a soup of nutmeg, amla, and yogurt. Add rue and lychee to the powder, as well as cardamom and costus root, mixed with brown sugar. Cauterize wherever the heart's secret falls, front or back. For blood pain, take a soup of yogurt, sleet, and haritaki. The powder uses sandalwood, agarwood, heart yogurt, and two saffrons, mixed with nutmeg and cardamom. Pierce the small artery and cauterize on the sixth or seventh day. Delayed treatment can lead to the heart filling with blood and death. If the heart is hot, pierce the heart vein. Mix camphor in proportions of seven, nine, and twenty-five. If heat accumulates, use camphor and heart yogurt. Mix nutmeg, nard, bear bile, and brown sugar. Eliminate heart worm diseases, hot itching, stinging, and twitching. Take a soup of black chebulic myrobalan and amla. Use the empty stomach of a vulture to reduce fever.
