Wind and phlegm mixed become ten kinds. All are briefly summarized into two: hot and cold. Blood and bile increase is heat, indigestion, phlegm, wind seizing the place is cold. Meat, wine, old butter, brown sugar, hot food are harmful. Bile cold is the opposite of this, fire heat, digestive power is small, stool is white. Individual heat is diagnosed by pulse diagnosis habits. Wind's place changes, bloating, diarrhea, dry stool, belching more, warm and nourishing food feels comfortable after eating. Indigestion, phlegm, no matter which place changes, the body heavy, sleepy, backache, likes to sit, wants to sleep, diet and behavior cold is harmful, warm is comfortable. In particular, the stool is gray and rough. Blood's place changes, caused by purple reasons, stool black purple, dry and like meatballs. Liver tumor or liver enlargement, if the bile place is taken, it can be clearly known by tasting.
