Apply ghee and bind the abdomen with a coarse cloth. Steam with a mixture of ginger and Aquilaria agallocha. Various bone marrow, butter, sheep fat, leg bones. Mix jaggery and meat broth to induce sweating. Burn the three holes in the back of the neck and the third vertebra. Heart wind, three types of yogurt and three types of fruit. In medicinal ghee mixed with ghee and jaggery, add three pungent spices and three types of salt. In bone marrow fat, butter, and jaggery, add various warming medicines and salt, mix appropriately and administer. Burn the junction of black and white at the sixth and seventh vertebrae and the bird's eye point. Lung wind, use seabuckthorn, bamboo manna, white cumin, cardamom, karu salt, and sugar mixed together. Administer the four excellent medicines and three salts mixed with honey. For simple wind diseases, perform general therapy and abdominal massage, according to the treatment methods of each disease, treat at the vital points. There is no wind disease that cannot be eliminated with oily nourishment and warmth. Wind is a combination of both hot and cold properties. It can expel bile heat and eliminate cold phlegm.

Hail. Edema pale The waterfall shakes, and the tumors clump. All accumulated diseases are caused by wind. All wandering diseases are guided by wind. Most feverish diseases are scattered by the dispersing wind. Therefore, be vigilant against wind diseases. Thus it is said. The second chapter on treating wind diseases from the Secret Oral Transmission of the Eight Branches of the Ambrosia Heart Essence Tantra ends. ༄། །Chapter Three, on treating bile diseases. Then again, the wise sage Vidya Jnana said this: Great sage, listen. The causes, conditions, classifications, symptoms, treatments, and follow-up measures for bile diseases are explained in six aspects. The cause is the basis of the disease, which is the bile of the organs. The triggering conditions are blows, collisions, bruises in key areas, and food and drink that are too hot, too sour, unsuitable, or indigestible, anger, impurity, divine interference, and demonic influence. Difficult-to-treat bile diseases can turn into forty-seven types. There are two classifications for this: general and specific. The general classification is divided into types and locations. From the perspective of types, there are four: bile from the disease's foundation entering the broth, hot bile moving to other locations, bile from the organs overflowing or being lost, and common bile flowing in the vessels. The first is that bile increases due to four conditions, which will be explained in detail when treating fever. The second is that wind, undigested matter, phlegm, and blood enter the area of digestive bile, seize the position of the bile, and wander outward. The third is that tumors in the stomach and liver compress the bile, or the bile itself grows a tumor, causing the bile to involuntarily overflow outward, or be lost due to bruising or wind. The fourth is that either organ bile or digestive bile, 25-112 increases due to bruising, disorders, or fever, or increases due to dietary habits and enters the vessels, resulting in two types: yellow skin and yellow eyes. Thirteen bile diseases are considered to be classifications of type. In short, the beginning and the end are self-caused feverish diseases. The middle two are dependent on others. Classified by location, there is spreading to the skin, growing in the muscles, flowing in the vessels, adhering to the bones, falling into the organs, and flowering on the five senses. The organs are the five organs: lungs, heart, liver, spleen, and kidneys. The viscera are the stomach, large intestine, small intestine, bladder, and uterus.
