服用四味药汤，即新鲜肉、新鲜黄油、兔肉、酒和鸟粪。对于未成熟的疾病，给予诃子、毛诃子根的缓泻剂。之后，加入三种果实的冷药汤。然后，混合六种良药的粉末。如果爱意中断，则服用（诃子、毛诃子根的）温和泻药来滋养。食用清凉滋补的食物来收敛腹泻。对于未成熟的疾病，混合头痛药和四种谷物。服用毛诃子、煨姜汤，并进行温和泻药。食用无营养的温热食物来缓解头痛。对于未成熟的疾病，混合黏液、姜黄、荜茇。服用三种果实的汤剂，并进行短管放血。然后，加入檀香、白檀香和藏红花三种药物。按比例混合，加入三棱、婆娑迦。加入白檀香、索马拉惹、石沥青粉末。减少剂量，延长疗程，用儿茶汤漱口。（三种果实、毛诃子根、蓝宝石、白檀香水）泻药后，（对于第一节、十三节、十八节、火伴和秘密部位）用火烧灼以消除黏液。如此这般，未成熟的热病，是所有热病中最先发生的。特别是对于瘟疫，未成熟的热病更为常见。如果具备未成熟的症状，则应珍视成熟的过程。在成熟的症状出现之前进行治疗。如果成熟良好，则热病容易消退，生命力旺盛。如果治疗不当，则会潜伏、恶化、扩散、耗尽并转化为黏液。因此，此时的治疗必须谨慎。如是说。 《窍诀续》之《八支甘露心髓》中，治疗未成熟热病的章节，第十五品完毕。 ༄། །第十六品，治疗扩散性热病之章节。 其后，长者睿智者对长者意生子如是说：扩散性热病的因、缘、体性为何？扩散性热病如何命名？请讲述其分类、症状和治疗方法。对于如是提出的问题，回答如下：扩散性热病的根本原因是损害性的胆汁。其体性是热、锐利且有气味。其中，扩散的因缘有自性扩散、时令扩散和因缘扩散。自性是母亲、空行母的紊乱。时令是秋冬季节，热源之地时令汇聚。食物是肉和酒等，饮料是温热滋补之物。行为是剧烈活动，由因缘紊乱所致。热病锐利的热度超过了正常水平。身体的精华在血液、排泄物和汗液中扩散。

Administer a decoction of four ingredients: fresh meat, fresh butter, rabbit, wine, and bird droppings. For immature ailments, administer a gentle purgative of arura and plum root. Afterward, infuse a cold decoction of three fruits. Then, mix the powder of six good medicines. If affection is interrupted, nourish with a gentle purgative of (arura and plum root). Collect diarrhea by consuming cool, nourishing foods. For immature ailments, mix headache medicine and four grains. Administer a decoction of serelong and burnt ginger, and perform a gentle purgative. Consume non-nutritious, warm, and gentle foods to relieve headaches. For immature ailments, mix phlegm, turmeric, and long pepper. Administer a decoction of three fruits and perform short-tube bloodletting. Then, add three medicines: sandalwood, white sandalwood, and saffron. Mix in proportion and add three-edged sword, Vasa. Add white sandalwood, Somaraja, and rock rosin powder. Reduce the dose, extend the course, and rinse with acacia decoction. After the (three fruits, plum root, sapphire, white sandalwood water) purgative, (for the first node, thirteenth node, eighteenth node, fire accompaniment, and secret parts) cauterize with fire to eliminate phlegm. Thus, immature fever is the first of all fevers to occur. Especially for epidemics, immature fever is more common. If immature symptoms are present, cherish the maturation process. Treat before the symptoms of maturation appear. If maturation is good, the fever is easily relieved and vitality is strong. If treatment is improper, it will be latent, worsen, spread, deplete, and transform into phlegm. Therefore, treatment at this time must be cautious. Thus it is said. The fifteenth chapter, "Treating Immature Fever," from the Secret Oral Transmission of the Eight Branches of the Essence of Ambrosia, is complete. ༄། །The Sixteenth Chapter: Treating Spreading Fever. Then, the wise sage spoke to the sage born from mind: What are the causes, conditions, and nature of spreading fever? How is spreading fever named? Please explain its classification, symptoms, and treatment methods. In response to the questions posed, the answer is as follows: The root cause of spreading fever is harmful bile. Its nature is hot, sharp, and odorous. Among them, the causes of spreading are self-spreading, seasonal spreading, and conditional spreading. Self-spreading is the disturbance of the mother and dakini. Seasonal spreading is the convergence of autumn and spring seasons, and hot source lands. Food is meat and wine, etc., and drinks are warm and nourishing. Behavior is strenuous activity, caused by conditional disturbances. The sharp heat of fever exceeds the normal level. The body's essence spreads in blood, excrement, and sweat.
