The pulse is uneven, rising and falling, like a demon opening its mouth. Or, consciousness becomes dull, and speech is incoherent. In the mirror, it is dim, like thick fog. Arising from poison, symptoms of poisoning appear. In short, it is transformed by the combination of wind, bile, and phlegm. Wind disease causes rumbling, severe pain, and fluctuating increase and decrease. Urine is blue, the odor is foul, and breathing is bad. Bile disease causes yellow eyes, blue flesh, and small urine flow. The pulse is tight, and the urine color is like butter and safflower juice. Phlegm disease causes shortness of breath, large swelling, and weak digestion. The body is heavy, excessive sleep, the pulse is deep, and the urine color is blue. Hot water caused by bile disease should not be nourished and should be discarded. Cold water caused by wind and phlegm can be nourished. The first method of nourishment is when the symptoms appear.
