用药渣水洗浴净化。 用白胶香、岩精 三种果实的汤剂调和。用悬钩子、檀香、白胶香、诃子。 将樟脑溶于水中，能摧毁一切错乱病症。特别是对于隆病，用五种牛乳的酥油。 食用、涂抹、 制成柔滑的油膏。用青盐、蜂蜡、生姜混合涂抹。胆病平息后， 用六种良药、颅骨、灰烬。用三种热药灰、岩精、苏摩罗。 加入冰糖能使胆病干涸。血病平息后，用二十五味丸， 用水性药引，用儿茶汁液灌服。稍微切开脉口，大量放血。寒性痞病平息后，用灰药 烘干。对于要害处的痞病，放血后用清凉药涂抹。对于产生毒素者，用解毒之药 25-156 调和。如是说。出自《甘露心髓八支秘密窍诀续》中治疗痞病的章节，即第九章。 ༄། །第十章 治疗大瘿瘤和腹水的章节。 此后，贤者智慧明觉又如是说： 喂，大贤者谛听！ 大瘿瘤和腹水的起因、条件、分类， 转化方式、位置和征兆，以及治疗方法， 后期处理和总纲，用八个方面来阐述。 起因是隆、赤巴、 培根、水肿、血。 这些的条件是消化不良、泻药后饮食起居不当。 热病之后进行放血和 清凉药的调理会出问题。 劳累之后大量饮水， 以及睡在潮湿的地方等，会使火热衰退。 由于前世的业力和邪魔作祟，会转化为腹水。 分类有因疾病、邪魔和毒素 引起的三种。 腹水有渗漏、滴漏、积聚、蔓延四种。 渗漏有血渗漏、 胆渗漏、水渗漏三种。 滴漏有脏器滴漏、容器滴漏、肿瘤滴漏三种。 脏器 滴漏有肝、脾、肺滴漏三种。 容器滴漏有胃、大肠滴漏两种。 肿瘤滴漏有血肿瘤、脉肿瘤、水肿瘤滴漏。 分类会转化为十五种水病。 转化方式是消化不良导致胃中的培根增生。 这会阻碍尿液下泄的通道。 隆病逆行， 导致尿液精华的通道错乱。 皮下和容器外充满水。 这就是脉口错乱导致的积聚腹水。 渗漏腹水是精华未消化，通过肝脏通道， 没有转化为营养，导致恶血和水肿增多。 肌肉、皮肤、脉络渗漏是血渗漏。 肝脏肿大，恶

Purify with a bath of medicinal residue water. Combine white incense, rock essence, and a decoction of three fruits. Use creeping indigo, sandalwood, white incense, and arura. Dissolve camphor in water to destroy all confused ailments. Especially for wind disorders, use ghee made from the five types of cow's milk. For consumption, application, and making smooth ointments. Mix rock salt, beeswax, and ginger for application. After pacifying bile disorders, use six good medicines, a skull, and ashes. Use three hot medicines, ashes, rock essence, and somara. Adding sugar candy can dry up bile disorders. After pacifying blood disorders, use the Twenty-Five Pill, administering it with a watery medicinal vehicle, using catechu juice. Slightly open the pulse point and bleed profusely. After pacifying phlegm cold disorders, dry with ash medicine. For disorders in vital areas, bleed and apply cooling medicine. For those generating toxins, combine antidotal medicine 25-156. Thus it is said. The causes, conditions, classifications of goiter and ascites, transformation methods, locations and signs, and treatment methods, post-treatment and general principles are explained in eight aspects. The causes are wind, bile, phlegm, edema, and blood. The conditions are indigestion, improper diet and behavior after purgatives. After hot diseases, bloodletting and cooling medicine combinations can cause problems. Drinking a lot of water after exertion, and sleeping in damp places, etc., can weaken fire heat. Due to past karma and demonic influences, it can transform into ascites. Classifications include three types caused by disease, demons, and toxins. Ascites includes four types: effusion, dripping, accumulation, and spreading. Effusion includes three types: blood effusion, bile effusion, and water effusion. Dripping includes three types: organ dripping, vessel dripping, and tumor dripping. Organ dripping includes three types: liver, spleen, and lung dripping. Vessel dripping includes two types: stomach and large intestine dripping. Tumor dripping includes blood tumor, pulse tumor, and water tumor dripping. Classifications transform into fifteen types of water diseases. The transformation method is that indigestion leads to an increase in phlegm in the stomach. This obstructs the passage for urine to descend. Wind disorders go in reverse, causing the passage of urine essence to be disrupted. The subcutaneous tissue and the outside of the vessels are filled with water. This is accumulative ascites caused by pulse point disorder. Effusion ascites is when essence is not digested and passes through the liver channel, not transforming into nutrients, leading to an increase in bad blood and edema.
