A slight fever, the face is swollen. Dark purplish-black blood tumors of the stomach and intestines are hot and stabbing. They throb when pressed, and both cold and heat are harmful. Whether hungry or full, cold or warm, it causes pain. Bile tumors of the organs cause the skin to be greenish-yellow. Even when eating, there is weakness and yellow tears. Once mature, they cause itching all over the body. Bile tumors of the intestines cause the body to feel heavy and the tears to be yellow. The pulse is tense, the appetite is poor, and the pain is severe. There is great thirst and scanty urine. Gas tumors of the colon cause bloating, rumbling, and diarrhea. Unstable, changing, sometimes increasing and sometimes decreasing. Uterine tumors cause pain, heaviness, and stabbing in the joints and lower intestines. Pain when full, and sometimes bleeding. Stone tumors of the bladder cause difficulty urinating and severe pain. Vascular tumors of the lungs cause difficulty breathing, which is difficult to stop. Hoarseness, a greenish-yellow emaciated body, and vomiting after eating. 25-147 Vascular tumors of the kidneys initially cause mild pain. Once mature, they become apparent, the body becomes emaciated, and it is difficult to bend and stretch. The urine is red, the body is heavy, and there is vomiting after drinking water. Vascular tumors of the liver odor occur at the eighth joint. Discomfort when bending and stretching, belching and feeling like vomiting. Eating liver or liver-odor meat causes vomiting. Vascular tumors are mostly round, with pulse and fluid imbalances. Worm tumors cause severe pain when clustered together, and comfort when dispersed. Hair tumors show symptoms where they occur. Water tumors of the heart cause rashes on the chest. Consciousness becomes manic, showing signs of madness. Or anger, harsh words, and a rough mind, feeling like being boiled in hot water. Water tumors mostly cause swelling of the eyelids and ankles. The nature is hard, the pain is mild, and squeezing is tolerable. Pus tumors are soft to the touch, and unbearable to press. The pulse and fluids are slightly warm on the surface of the body. Thus, tumors are mostly felt on an empty stomach, standing, lying prone, lying supine, and lying on the side. The middle position is hard and clustered, and can be held in the hand. Tumors located on the surface of the body are clearly visible. Tumors located deep inside are diagnosed based on symptoms. If it cannot suppurate, purify with medicine and hot treatment methods as before. Use a hot needle to ulcerate the back like a pustule, then cut and suture. Or use white茅香(byi shang dkar mo), white茅香(byi shang dkar mo), red茅香(byi shang dkar mo). Borax, musk, wild honey, honeycomb inserted. If you don't feel hot, puncture if blisters appear. Apply brain marrow and cover with paper. Apply warm food to the stomach. These foods include fresh wild animal meat and mutton. Female yak yogurt, fresh cream, etc. Cool foods should also be eaten, and rotten, sour, and indigestible foods should be avoided. Avoid cold, strenuous exercise, and fire roasting. The treatment method for cold tumors that have penetrated deep into the body is: use wing首草(thang shing)、earth鳖(dur byid)、Indian neem bark. Five hot medicines and five kinds of salt. Earth alkali, cinnamon, and three fruits. Rue and white and black fennel. Coptis chinensis powder, sesame oil, ghee, and yogurt. Mix with ghee, seal the pottery pot and burn it. Then mix with king grass and female yak dung. Add eight cardamom fruits and apply to the inside, back of the neck, and back. This can generate heat and promote digestion. After that, add mirabilite, hot medicine, and radish.
