Irregular menstruation, white tongue coating. Eyeballs, teeth, ears, head all ache. Stiff neck, hoarse throat, etc. Various uncertain symptoms appear. Tooth and bone pain, like wind disease. Yellow eyes, fever, like bile disease. Indigestion, belching, vomiting, constipation, like phlegm disease. Pulse throbbing, chest pain, like blood disease. Itching, numbness, heaviness, like serous fluid disease. Shivering from cold, joint pain, like epidemic disease. Vomiting blood, stomach and liver pain, like black jaundice. Weakness, dry muscle and skin, like earth lord disease. These are illnesses caused by improper diet. Especially the pulse and urine, the two cannot be determined. There are many kinds of diseases, and they change greatly. Eating is useless, muscles atrophy, body weakens. Stomach and liver are uncomfortable, catching a cold, feeling unwell. Paining for no reason, like having leprosy. If these seven symptoms are present, then it must be possessed by a demon. If relying on harmful things, such as sleeping in, horse racing, etc. Or eating fish, pork, rotten meat, and foods mixed together. If fever rises after bloodletting, then it is an internal sign. If all the internal signs are present, then it will not change. If there are no symptoms and it cannot be determined, then observe secretly. If the urine is hot, eating fish, pork. If the condition worsens after eating dishes made with these things, then it is certain. (Five eyeless ones) Pour Raksha (rakṣa, रक्षा, rakṣā, protector) into water. Drink a handful in the evening. If the temperament is irritable, the body is heavy, and the stool is yellow, then it is. If you burn your hair and put it in water, and vomit after drinking it, then it is. Grind white sandalwood and cork tree bark into powder. Take it with barley wine, if you have diarrhea, vomiting, and pain, then it is. Boil chebulic myrobalan, nard, juniper, and cork tree into a decoction. After drinking it, if the joints and muscles ache, then it is. Use juniper berries, gentian, musk, and three fruits. Boil in milk and take it, if the condition worsens, then it is. Use the decoction of seabuckthorn and oleaster, or boil it in water. If the condition worsens, be sure that it is poisoning. When everyone cannot recognize it, taking astringent medicine will make it clear.

The disease is not serious, the stomach has stabbing pains and is cold. The mouth is itchy, and sexual characteristics cannot be erected. The eyes turn yellow, there is bloating and belching, and eating yogurt turns into blood. Stone mixture, the stomach is stiff and heavy, and the limbs are slender. The face is swollen, showing signs of heat, but turns into cold. Tumors form above the liver, gallbladder, spleen, and stomach. Meat mixture, the stomach and liver are uncomfortable, and red nebula appear in the eyes. Blurred vision, folded esophagus, hoarse throat. Vomiting blood or phlegm with blood. Head, neck, cervical spine, outer muscles, internal organs, etc., wherever it is injected, it will occur there, causing severe pain. Hair mixture, the lower part of the intestine wriggles and hurts like a worm. The intestine mixes with blood, and the internal blood vessels have stinging pains. Resin mixture, half of the body hurts, and the surface muscles become thin. Head, legs, joints hurt, and jaundice appears. Heat is generated, vision is blurred, and liver odor is emitted. Actual substance mixture, the tongue and nail roots are numb. Blurred vision, teeth turn black, tongue and lips are chapped. Herbal mixture, the buttocks hurt, and urination is not smooth. The body is cold, the heart trembles, the mind is distracted, and walking is difficult. One feels that the lips are swollen. In short, there are two types of hot and cold mixtures. Hot mixture, the pulse is tight, the urine is red, and the color is thick. Bone joints, calves, head hurt, and cold groans are emitted. Upper body, stomach, liver have stinging pains, and the mouth and tongue are dry. Lips are chapped, teeth turn black, and the abdomen is hot and irritable. Consciousness is blurred and there are many dreams. It mainly occurs in the liver and gallbladder. Cold mixture, bloating and belching, food is not digested. The pulse is slow, the urine is blue, the tongue coating is white, and the complexion is pale. Eventually, tumors form or turn into edema. It mainly occurs in the undigested stomach. Mixtures occur in both the stomach and liver. Cold symptoms also show heat symptoms, and heat symptoms also show cold symptoms.
