血之时，如婆罗门般以洁净之法调治。 中间七日增长为水肿之时，如比丘般以细致行仪调治。最后七日成熟为脓之时，如国王般以食物调治。最初血时破除刺痛，收缩脉口，平息血热。导正错谬之脉，外肿以水消退。最初刺痛为血脉、胆脉、命脉三痛。灸疗、艾灸、放血为最佳疗法。收缩脉口为蛛网、速燃二法。速燃以无垢净白丝绸为佳。藏红花、熊胆、胆汁、阿魏封裹。立一指节高竹筒，缠绕丝线。浸入洁净变色之碱水中。六七次后脉口收缩，止血，伤口愈合，水肿消退。速燃十四以上可作饮料。内破脉断，胆损血流，则血增胆乱，热病加剧。尿赤脉紧，面油鼻短。夜晚难眠，白日嗜睡。口舌唇干，齿生黑垢。厌食口渴，坐立不安，不知枕卧。肩胛、腋窝肿胀刺痛。血热增盛，以饮食粉末调理。饮食减少时，饮用牦牛奶酪。享用新丝、白油、凉水。盐、肉、酒、温补如毒药般舍弃。行为宜于凉爽处，舒缓，舍弃剧烈。粉末以冰片、白檀香，甘松、藏红花、肉豆蔻可除血气。熊、鱼、猪、黑狗、牦牛、乌鸦胆汁。以深奥海螺灰收缩脉口。石榴子石与角 δύο和牛黄。羚羊血、如意宝珠、肉豆蔻可除恶血。白糖调和四次或六次服用。或九合粉末敷于后颈。冰片、甘松、藏红花、乌 উৎপަލ、朱砂。麝香、豆蔻、豆蔻尖、瓦列卡。白糖调和，早晨空腹服用。石榴子石、角 δύο、檀香、沉香。肉豆蔻、海螺灰、诃子。肉豆蔻、印度羖羊角、白糖夜晚服用。敷于后颈，功效同前。或七合粉末敷于后颈。角 δύο、右旋螺、白牦牛奶酪。浸泡三日，以荆棘之火煮。之后以人乳浸泡三日。

In the time of blood, treat it with cleanliness like a Brahmin. In the middle, seven days of growth is the time of edema, treat it with meticulous conduct like a monk. In the end, seven days of maturation is the time of pus, treat it with food like a king. Initially, in the blood phase, break the throbbing pain, constrict the pulse opening, and quell the blood heat. Correct the faulty pulse, and reduce external swelling with water. The initial throbbing is the three pains of blood vessels, bile vessels, and life force vessels. Moxibustion, cauterization, and bloodletting are the best treatments. Constricting the pulse opening involves the two methods of spider web and quick fire. For quick fire, use pure white silk without stains. Saffron, bear bile, bile juice, and asafoetida are wrapped. Erect a bamboo tube one finger joint high and tie it with silk thread. Soak it in clean, discolored alkaline water. After six or seven applications, the pulse opening constricts, stopping the bleeding, healing the wound, and reducing edema. Quick fire of fourteen or more can be used as a beverage. Internal rupture, severed pulse, damaged bile, and blood flow cause blood to increase, bile to be disturbed, and fever to intensify. Urine turns red, pulse tightens, face becomes oily, and the nose shortens. Difficulty sleeping at night, drowsiness during the day. Mouth, tongue, and lips are dry, and black tartar forms on the teeth. Loss of appetite, excessive thirst, restlessness, and inability to lie down with a pillow. Shoulders and armpits swell and throb. Increased blood heat is treated with food powders. When food and drink are reduced, drink yak milk cheese. Enjoy fresh silk, white butter, and cool water. Salt, meat, alcohol, and warming nutrients are abandoned like poison. Conduct should be in a cool place, relaxed, and avoid strenuous activities. Powders with camphor, white sandalwood, nard, saffron, and nutmeg can eliminate blood heat. Bear, fish, pig, black dog, yak, and crow bile. Constrict the pulse opening with deep conch shell ash. Garnet and horn δύο and ox gall. Antelope blood, wish-fulfilling jewel, and nutmeg can eliminate bad blood. Mix white sugar and take it four or six times. Or apply a nine-compound powder to the back of the neck. Camphor, nard, saffron, উৎপަލ (utpala, blue lotus), cinnabar. Musk, cardamom, cardamom tip, valerian. Mix white sugar and take it on an empty stomach in the morning. Garnet, horn δύο, sandalwood, agarwood. Nutmeg, conch shell ash, haritaki. Nutmeg, Indian antelope horn, and white sugar are taken at night. Applying it to the back of the neck has the same benefits as before. Or apply a seven-compound powder to the back of the neck. Horn δύο, dextrorotatory conch shell, and white yak milk cheese. Soak for three days and cook over a thorn fire. Then soak in human milk for three days.

For the evil blood that causes disease, guide it to the veins, without needing to distinguish whether it is mature or not. After continuous use in the morning, the blood pressure will decrease. If it stays in the mature stage, it is like a tiger licking the ground. The small vein at the tip, the arm vein, is the vein that eliminates edema and brain fluid. The six starting points, the short vein, is the vein that eliminates stinging and pain. The opening of the container, the long and straight vein, is the vein that opens the passage. The spinal vein, the span vein, is the vein that eradicates edema. The spinal vein between the back spine and the scapula is the six starting points, as well as the depths of the breasts, chest pain, and short veins that guide the opening of the container. Ascending and descending are combined with heat. When pus, bile, and rust accumulate, dredge them by bloodletting. If the amount of bloodletting is large, then bloodletting should be done many times, and a small amount should be released. For red, black, and mottled conditions that are not smooth, use mixed bloodletting. If the blood does not clot and flows out like water, control the amount of bloodletting. If it is not smooth, the swelling is severe, and the amount of bloodletting is not well controlled, it is like when pus is formed, the essence is exhausted, the arrows are used up, and the enemy appears. Use cold water to eliminate external heat, and after five days, sprinkle cold water like stars. Drying with a rotating machine at noon is the best. The heat spreads outward, and natural drying can eliminate heat. Treating in this way can reduce the power of febrile diseases. If the sense of comfort increases, it will recover quickly. For the seven days without growth, and the period of growth in the middle, it is called the edema period. For the edema period, there are four types: cause, type, symptom, and drying method. The causes are bird break, bird loss, dripping stay, and mist dew. Bird break is due to bleeding and unstoppable blood flow caused by knife wounds, bloodletting cannot dredge, and medicine cannot control. Bird loss is a severe rupture of the external veins, and the veins are not closed with fire in time. It has been lost before, because it no longer grows, so it is the cause of cold sinking. Dripping stay has three types: vein drip, object drip, and arrow drip. There are two types of dripping in the internal veins: mouth flow and crying. Small vein mouth flow is like water leaking from the scapular cavity. The large vein is strongly impacted, and blood and edema accumulate. In these two cases, the medicine cannot penetrate. Object injury initially has no blood flow, the wound rots, and blood and edema drip. The arrow remains in the body and cannot find a suitable place to stay. Due to movement and change, blood and edema accumulate and drip. Blood heat increases.
