For a fractured waist, apply a plaster bandage. Lie still on your back and take cooling tonics. Asafoetida or Ava, choose either, two ounces. Divide into four parts, mix one part with honey. Mix two parts with butter, and three parts with milk. Give the fourth part with white sugar. Mix everything and administer three Nama each time. Heal fractured waists, severed gluteal muscles, and large wounds, whether new or old, with or without pus and blood, and dry them. Treat the vital points of the pulse with moxibustion, bloodletting, and medicine. For fire, reconnect severed pulses and cut off blood marks. Close wounds and use the four Ana postures. First, reconnect severed pulses with fire. If the wound is large, cauterize the upper and lower pulse channels. If it is small, cauterize the wound itself. Cauterize wandering pain or boils in the Ana posture. For internal pulses, cauterize the Baihui point, the Jumen point, and the soles of the feet, the big toe, pubic hair, little finger, and heart. Cauterize the center of the scapula in six or seven places with gold. Cauterize the tip of the gallbladder with saffron and quick fire to stop the pulse drops. Collect Coptis chinensis, pomegranate peel, and Picrasma quassioides juice. Add saffron and bear bile to treat severed pulses. Saffron, cinnabar, bear bile, orpiment. Borneol, cinnamon, gold sand, and Tripterygium wilfordii, peacock feather ash, bamboo yellow. Mix heated sheep blood with Eupolyphaga sinensis. Apply to both sides of the wound to remove barbs. Wherever there is a fracture, bleed the corresponding organ's pulse. Draw out bad blood from the pulse and bleed repeatedly. Eliminate pulse heat with water powder. Saffron, bear bile, coltsfoot flower ointment. Clove, cinnamon, cinnabar, cardamom. Add rock sugar and take on an empty stomach. For lung pulse, use asafoetida, petrified lichen, and aster. Add Coptis chinensis and human bile. For heart pulse, use white sandalwood, red sandalwood, and three types of nutmeg. For liver pulse, add rock exudate, rhubarb, and musk. For kidney pulse, use cardamom, rue, and three fruits. For intestinal pulse, use gold, fire, aconite, and white Datura. Adding the above can eliminate pulse heat.
