丢失的 部位有内外两种。外在肌肉、皮肤、骨骼中箭矢丢失时，其征兆与肢体等没有差别。内在箭矢丢失在各个脏器中时，通过外在征兆、内在征兆、秘密征兆三种来寻找。外在征兆，箭矢留在心脏和命脉之间时，疼痛很多，不能仰卧。喜欢做鸟鸣声，俯卧感觉舒适。肺尖溃烂有箭矢，呼吸不畅。麻木很多，想排便，腋下疼痛。不能侧卧，蹲着舒服。颈部血管僵硬，手臂伸缩困难。肺叶有箭矢，痰是红色的。自己的肚脐看不见，弯腰时疼痛。打鼾、说梦话，难以入睡，在黑白交界时疼痛。箭矢丢失在命脉上，不能爬楼梯。肝脏有箭矢，身体沉重，面色油腻，腹泻。蹲着坐时，觉得肝脏胀满。站起来时，身体摇晃。肝脏上面有箭矢，肝脏像牛的姿势时，弯腰走路，膝盖、胸部不能弯曲和扭动。脾脏有箭矢，呼吸短促，肚子胀。胃和肝脏之间有箭矢，喝水时，用手揉搓难以忍受，像牛一样站立。胃里有箭矢，不肿胀，呕吐食物。胸部下面有箭矢就肿胀。肾脏有箭矢，小便不畅，像牛一样站立时，腿蜷缩着，不能仰卧。肠子里有箭矢，吃喝东西时，揉搓难以忍受，不能跨越门槛。走路无力，小便闭塞，刺痛剧烈，站立时疲惫，就是有箭矢。结肠有箭矢，站起来吃喝都舒服。 内在检查，用黑色母鸡的蛋血来观察。用酒、水、牛奶（怀疑混合）涂抹，芦苇会颤动。箭矢是躺着的，角木是竖立的。鼻尖、胸部中央、拇指、心脏、手腕都是。发烧，不会说话，并且摇晃。 秘密征兆是白狗、黑猪、乌鸦粪。将小虫的肉和酒混合，空腹服用。可疑的地方出现像铁锈一样的东西，就是有箭矢。乌龟、野猪、鸟、蝙蝠，公母的肉。与酒混合，早上服用五种食物。从第四天开始，用磁铁、羊奶、水混合涂抹。用白色的绸布盖住，就会出现铁锈。将海螺灰、老虎的肋骨，以及乌鸦粪便等用水浸泡，喝下去。出现铁锈并且摇晃，就是有箭矢。取出的方法有药物和手术两种。

The lost parts are of two kinds, internal and external. When an arrow is lost in the external muscles, skin, or bones, its symptoms are no different from those of the limbs. When an arrow is lost internally in the various organs, it is sought through three types of signs: external, internal, and secret. External signs: if an arrow remains between the heart and the life force, there is much pain and one cannot lie on their back. They like to make bird sounds and feel comfortable lying face down. If there is an arrow in the ulcerated tip of the lung, breathing is difficult. There is much numbness, a desire to defecate, and pain under the armpits. One cannot lie on either side and feels comfortable squatting. The neck veins are stiff, and it is difficult to extend and contract the arms. If there is an arrow in the lobe of the lung, the sputum is red. One's own navel cannot be seen, and it hurts when bending over. Snoring, talking in one's sleep, difficulty falling asleep, and pain at the boundary between black and white. If an arrow is lost in the life vein, one cannot climb stairs. If there is an arrow in the liver, the body is heavy, the face is oily, and there is diarrhea. When squatting, one feels that the liver is full. When standing up, the body sways. If there is an arrow above the liver, when the liver is in a bull-like position, one cannot bend over, walk, bend the knees and chest, or twist. If there is an arrow in the spleen, there is shortness of breath and a swollen belly. If there is an arrow between the stomach and liver, when drinking water, it is unbearable to rub with the hands, and one stands like a bull. If there is an arrow in the stomach, there is no swelling, and one vomits food. If there is an arrow below the chest, there is swelling. If there is an arrow in the kidneys, there is urinary retention, and when standing like a bull, the legs are curled up, and one cannot lie on their back. If there is an arrow in the intestines, when eating and drinking, rubbing is unbearable, and one cannot cross the threshold. Walking is weak, urination is blocked, there is severe stabbing pain, and one feels tired when standing, then there is an arrow. If there is an arrow in the colon, it is comfortable to eat and drink when standing. Internal examination: observe with the egg blood of a black hen. Smear with wine, water, and milk (suspected mixture), and the reed will tremble. The arrow is lying down, and the horn wood is standing up. The tip of the nose, the center of the chest, the thumb, the heart, and the wrist are all there. Fever, inability to speak, and shaking. Secret signs are a white dog, a black pig, and crow dung. Mix the meat of a small insect with wine and take it on an empty stomach. If something like rust appears in the suspected area, there is an arrow. Turtle, wild boar, bird, bat, male and female meat. Mix with wine and take five kinds of food in the morning. From the fourth day, smear with a mixture of magnet, ewe's milk, and water. Cover with white silk cloth, and rust will appear. Soak conch ash, tiger ribs, and crow droppings in water and drink them. If rust appears and there is shaking, there is an arrow. The methods of removal are medicine and surgery.
