If the escape is caught, moisture is found, and granulation tissue grows, and the mouth flesh is red and the disease is easy to cure, survival is possible. If the bone is not completely healed, granulation tissue and tongue-like growths will grow between the flesh and bone. Mule, calf, and hill will appear on the mouth flesh. Cut the flesh, remove the bone spurs, and apply binding medicine (womb blood, grapes, three bear bile). If there is remaining deformity in the body, cut it off with a curved tool. There are three types of vein problems that spread: flesh, bone, and brain veins. If the flesh vein spreads, it is difficult to bend the neck and nape. Pulsating, swollen, and severely painful, it is a stabbing pain. Press with fire on the vein and fumigate with three types of fumigation (various flowers, five nectars, five grains). If the bone vein spreads, it is the escape of Lha Ba. For this, mix medicine and butter and boil with tel pa. If the brain vein spreads, serum will fall on the dar thog. Draw serum from the wound, nostrils, and water channels (mix rock salt, karu salt, ze salt, three byang pa, fish wipe, three bear bile, disease mother thorn, three pre-abi). If it cannot be done, open the bone and remove the pus. If it is scattered, it is difficult to cure; if it is gathered together, survival is possible. Filter with dar, remove the pus, and then apply healing medicine. There is a sign of serum falling on the dar, without a wound, and if it drips regularly elsewhere, shave the hair in the suspected area and whip with water.

If guiding the internal channels, the upper body will feel heavy and develop a fever. The body is heavy, yellow phlegm appears, and breathing is difficult. If the lungs are weak, administer twenty-five pills, adding pearl, conch shell, musk, and bear bile. Take with the juice of three fruits. Press the fourteen cautery points with fire. Specifically, if the disease affects the heart, use five nutmegs (if there is palpitations, trembling limbs, crooked mouth and eyes, and slurred speech, combine with camphor, arura, sandalwood, asafoetida, and sugar). If the disease affects the lungs, use five cardamoms (if there is upper body pain, shortness of breath, and severe coughing, combine with cardamom, উৎপལ་ (Sanskrit, Devanagari, utpala, blue lotus), grapes, white sandalwood, and sugar). If the disease affects the liver, use four saffrons (if the body and consciousness are blurred and it is difficult to open the eyes, combine with Tribulus terrestris, Solanum xanthocarpum, Calendula officinalis, and sugar). If the disease affects the spleen, use five myrobalans (if the lips droop, the body is numb, and one cannot stretch or bend, combine with Terminalia chebula, rue, Terminalia bellirica, Berberis, Coptis chinensis, and sugar). If the disease affects the kidneys, use the medicinal oil of three fruits (if there is pain in the hips, eyes, upper thighs, one cannot stand, there is diarrhea in the legs, urinary incontinence, and one cannot bend or stretch the legs, combine with cardamom, Terminalia chebula, cinnamon, Strychnos nux-vomica, bear bile, gold powder, and honey). Moxibustion and medicinal powders should be prepared according to the methods of the wise. If there is moisture in the brain, administer three musk pills (musk, rock salt, ginger). Pat with meat wine and fumigate with asava. If there is swelling, administer the sovereign and minister medicines for hot swelling. Add Coptis chinensis, apply to the wound, and then apply lead. Puncture the tip, apply wound dressing, and eat cool foods. For cold swelling, which resembles moisture, fry in insect wax oil and press.
