At the time of healing women's diseases, 25-350 What should be learned is: The body composed of the three poisons and the four elements, appears as male and female due to the power of desire from past karma. Due to meager merit, one obtains a woman's body. Breasts, womb, and menstruation are its special characteristics. The body's essence, later on, is semen, which is of two kinds, white and red. Red menstruation begins to flow after the age of thirteen. The womb stores semen and grows the flesh body. The white nourishes and grows in the breasts. Therefore, due to past karma, diet, habits, and demonic influences, five uterine diseases, sixteen vascular diseases, nine tumor diseases, and two types of parasitic diseases arise. The main women's diseases are thirty-four, plus minor diseases, totaling forty-eight. Due to being born in a lower realm, the female body is particularly prominent. These are further divided into general, specific, and ordinary types. The general classification of women's diseases, as well as their causes, symptoms, and treatments, are explained in four ways. The classification is divided into blood disorders and wind disorders. The cause of this is primarily due to menstruation, so in the early stages it is called a blood disorder, and when it combines with wind over time, it becomes a wind disorder. Its symptoms, the general characteristics of blood disorders, are: pain in the bones below the waist. Groin burning, back, liver stabbing pain. The pulse is fast and hot, with rashes and small bumps appearing. Uterine bleeding, clotting, or suppuration occurs. Wind disorders cause bone pain and heart discomfort. Dizziness, the bones of the head feel cold. The whole body feels cold, until the muscles are visible. Muscles tremble, swell, feel numb, vision blurs, madness, epilepsy, or forgetfulness occurs. Urine, groin feels tight, diarrhea. Irregular menstruation, constantly occurring. The treatments are bath lotions and nourishing lotions. Among them, blood disorders are treated with bath lotions. Bath lotions are further divided into dietary lotions and pulse lotions. Dietary lotions are further divided into large lotions and small lotions. Pulse lotions are known to be internal and external. First is the bath lotion, bathing and oiling are done. The main ingredients are Haritaki (ཧ་རི་ཏ་ཀ་, harītakī, Chebulic Myrobalan), sweet wood. Myrobalan are boiled separately, cooled and mixed. Mouthwash is flavored with cinnamon, cardamom, travertine, rock salt, and Triphala. Divided into emetic and purgative, it is administered. The small dietary lotion is Garbhachandali (གརྦྷ་ཙཎྜ་ལི, garbhacaṇḍāli, Fetus Chandali). Triphala, Haritaki (ཧ་རི་ཏ་ཀ་, harītakī, Chebulic Myrobalan), and, cinnamon, rock salt,ྒེ་གཤེར་ ingredients should be evenly mixed, finely ground, and combined with fragrant herbs for consumption. Whipping, pressing, and subsequent treatments are consistent with conventional methods. It can treat menstrual irregularities, uterine fibroids, stillbirths, and pus, clearing all blood disorders and uterine diseases. Before applying root fomentation, administer ྒེ་གཤེར་ decoction. Whether it's flowers, juniper, འབའ་ཆ་, བྱ་བྲ་, etc., boiling any of these in wine can be used to fumigate the lower body. After bathing and massaging, soak with white sandalwood, gold sand, costus root, cardamom, white glue, blue bark, and eight-year-old water. The operation method and root cleaning are consistent with conventional methods. External root fomentation is divided into large, medium, and small types. The large formula is: rock salt, costus root, karu salt, antelope horn, large deer horn, musk deer horn, deer horn, དནྡ་, དུར་བྱིད་, དེ་བ་དཱ་རུ་, ད་བྱིད་, peacock tail feather ash, cardamom, limestone, soot, borax, etc., mixed with brown sugar to make pills and inserted into the vagina. The medium formula is: cardamom, rock salt, three types of long pepper, དནྡ་, དུར་བྱིད་, यवकक्षार (Sanskrit Devanagari, yavakṣāra, Sanskrit Romanization, alkali flowers, Chinese literal meaning, alkali flowers) ash, rhododendron, juniper, honey, and brown sugar mixed. The small formula is: saffron, rock salt, cardamom, white sandalwood, དུར་བྱིད་, borax, and brown sugar mixed. Make pills or juice and deliver into the vagina with a catheter. Use medicated steam to fumigate the lower body and massage with hands. If pain intensifies or discomfort persists, drain with a catheter. It can treat uterine blood clots, uterine fibroids, stillbirth retention, and all uterine diseases and bleeding. The second method is to treat wind disorders with nutrient fluids and fomentation. This includes three types: meat nutrient fluid, wine nutrient fluid, and medicinal nutrient fluid. The method of making meat nutrient fluid is: boil mutton soup until thick, add lung, heart, liver, spleen, kidney, stomach fat, anus, tongue, uvula, lymph nodes, testicles, chest, back of the neck, ribs, coccyx, testicles, eyes, tibia, ankle, calf muscles, etc., and mash them carefully. Use old ghee to cook in an iron or stone pot. When boiling, add all the meat and cook slightly. Then add strong wine, sufficient amounts of three types of long pepper, eucommia ulmoides, and undiluted blood. Gradually, while cooking and stirring, add one at a time. Mix these with the meat and heat. Consume ghee and drink strong wine when thirsty. Keep the body warm and avoid cold wind to eliminate wind disorders. Wine nutrient fluid: barley wine mixed with honey and brown sugar (for diseases caused by white sandalwood, add three types of long pepper, cardamom, chebulic myrobalan, and take it during an attack). Ghee wine and bone wine, these five types of wine can eliminate wind disorders. Medicinal nutrient fluid is divided into blood nutrient fluid and ghee nutrient fluid.
