For the nose, instill saffron after nasal cleansing. For the tongue, perform sublingual vein bloodletting and fill with sweetness. Especially if bile digestion is disordered, administer decoction of rock salt (the third kind), and induce vomiting with golden essence. After complexion transformation and purgation, feed the mare with open-mouthed food, add gentian and administer, and profusely perform bloodletting of the bile vein.
