By. For the sake of not diminishing the root, the ears, armpits, neck, and marks. 23-372 Press with fingernails on the breasts and armpits, and the cheeks of the buttocks and the cheeks next to the female genitalia. The flesh on the left and right and the four soles of the hands and feet. Rub with fingers, and similarly, the embracing posture should be divided into eight types. Thus, it is explained that there are actually eight types of embraces. Others also have eight each, and it is merely said that there are sixty-four combinations. Smear the tips of the fingers with a cloth or intestines soaked in ghee, and move them with a substance's olintment or an artificial lingam, tongue, and bird's tongue, that is, the left hand of skillful means supports the lotus. Supporting from the cheeks, grab the bird's tongue and use it, until. Agitate the lotus, and awaken it by expanding the supreme central channel. Fifth, regarding the characteristics of the bhaga, there are three parts. First, abandoning the six faults: a lotus that is too deep 1, very small and not connected to the channels 2, loose inside 3, that is, weak, rough outside 4, always dripping water or blood 5, without warmth and without moisture, the bhaga that is 6 should be abandoned. Second, possessing eight qualities: high height 1, smooth 2, two cheeks and a bird's tongue, that is, three, and above the three, the height is equal 3, the outer shape is open, the lips are thick or like an open mouth, and the inside is tight 4, strong, possessing and flowing blood and white semen 5, without hair or fine and soft, being a virgin or sparse 6, not dripping at the wrong time 7, that is, blood during menstruation, and white bindu appearing during channel movement, the mouth is long and curved, and the center head is round 8 is auspicious and fortunate. Third, the sign of the channels awakening is that, as mentioned above, the lotus is completely agitated until from within it arises, meaning naturally produced. It is necessary to agitate until the sound of Sita arises. Fourth, the preliminary practice of profound yoga is to bind at the time of supreme joy with ཧཿ(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, meaning "joy"). Or, with the sound of ཧཱུཾ་(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, seed syllable) residing in the heart. Or, with the sound of ཧྲིཾ་ཧ་(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, seed syllable) residing in the throat. The actions of ཧཱུཾ་(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, seed syllable) and ཕཊ་, and the combination of these great arrows, 23-373 The practice comes from oral transmission.

For the knowledgeable one: Turn the tongue to the back of the palate, age on the lotus jewel. Join the pulse openings. Combine and draw in the wind, expanding outward and contracting inward. With the five spontaneously joyful, unfabricated states complete, bind the semen. Furthermore, there is the fourfold division: when bodhicitta matures on the jewel, the four bindus of body, speech, mind, and wisdom—half of that jewel resides within the channel of skillful means, and half is immersed in the channel of the wisdom mother. Half remains, causing bliss, and half remains in the wisdom channel, causing emptiness—that is, bliss-emptiness. One should meditate on co-emergence. If it falls upon the pistil of the bhaga, then the bindu residing there should also be drunk with the vajra mouth using long Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) and short Hūṃ. Revolving are Lion's Play, Siddhabali, Mahānara, and so forth. And with the combination of winds, permeate the entire body and distribute evenly. Before this, with the combination of winds filling, suppressing, stiffening, and vase-like, purify the faults of the body, that is, the channels. Then, with the combination of mudras of the karma consort, enter into yoga. If one becomes supremely accustomed and perfected, it is said that this very body will attain accomplishment. Fifth, explaining wisdom, in four sets of four. First are the four joys. From the distinctions of those four joys, if the bindu moves from the crown of the head, intense desire arises. When it reaches the throat, the mind of enjoyment is stronger, so oh and sucking, and so forth, arise. When it reaches the ears, the grasping of the aggregates and elements ceases, embracing and intensely pressing and groaning. Struggling and trembling in illusion, and not hearing sounds, arise. One becomes victorious on the jewel. For the practitioner, the second is the eight strengths. When the bindu of the forehead melts and slightly reaches the jewel, the lower gate and the pulse system are comfortable, unable to move, becoming stiff, and the experience of dust arises. When the throat melts and reaches the moving place of the vajra, bliss moves throughout the body, inside and out, so the hairs of the body always stand on end, and the blissful experience of the breath changing intensely. The melting of the heart, when the vajra reaches the waist, the body jumps and sways with bliss, the abdomen trembles, and the color of the face turns red, etc., different from before. The melting of the navel, when it reaches the secret wheel, the bliss is extremely unbearable, and tears flow involuntarily.
