Svam. Dharaya mi Vajrasattva hi hi hi hi hum. The hero without beginning or end is Vajrasattva, greatly joyful. Samantabhadra is the master of all. The lord of Vajrasattva's pride is the lord. The Blessed One is the supreme and first being. Having spoken thus, one should explain the meaning and remain in meditation. Cleanse the bell. From the state of emptiness, from A comes the bell marked with A. From that, Samantabhadri, white, with three faces and six arms, arises. From that melting, the bell arises. This is said to follow the wisdom voice of all Buddhas. You should always hold it. May you achieve enlightenment, the supreme victory. Having placed it in the left hand, allow it to be rung in the eight directions. A, existence is pure by its very nature. By its very nature, existence is separated. The supreme hero of pure nature will become the supreme existence. Having spoken thus, one should explain the meaning and engage in meditation. At this time, it is also permissible to generate the vajra and bell as deities in an instant. 23-201 Then, cleanse the disciple. In an instant, Samantabhadra, the great Vajradhara, white, adorned with jewels, the deity's form, father and mother, clear and empty, allow the mind to be focused. By the samaya of desire, such as form, recite the secret mantra completely. That nature of one's own lineage pervades the ten directions and three times. By the union with one's own deity, offer to oneself and others. Unbearable ascetic vows, even if relied upon, will not bring about the attainment of invisibility, clairvoyance, and the siddhis arising from the sky-goers' body, speech, and mind. Therefore, the supreme Buddha hero, the supreme practices of mantra, by relying on all desires, one attains the unchanging supreme Dharma. Not suffering, but with self-bliss, rely on the five qualities of desire. Whatever others say is inferior will be accomplished by the recitation of mantra. By the union of those who seek wisdom and are attached, the body, speech, and mind will be quickly accomplished if meditated upon. Having spoken thus, one should explain the meaning and engage in meditation. If only the disciple's empowerment is conferred, then all the empowerment deities must be absorbed here from the root. But if the guru's empowerment is also conferred, it is sufficient to absorb them together later below. This.

Saying, "Let them hold the three vows." Based on this statement, although there is a practice of repeating the words of holding the first two vows, it is very clear that the mudra-kaya vow is not to be spoken by the disciple, but rather it is meant to be held in the mind and meditated upon, because it is said that they should hold all three. That empowerment alone is also given to those who cannot hold the guru's meditation, as it is said in the commentary on the Manifestation of the World: "If someone only gives the wisdom empowerment, what then? That is for those who do not seek the guru's empowerment, or even if they seek it, they only take the general vows, not the guru's vows." It also says, "Through the wisdom empowerment, one will definitely attain common enlightenment, but not the special perfect enlightenment." Thus it is said. For that alone, as an ending, one only does the recitation transmission at the end of asceticism, and secret instructions, but apart from that, in order to generate faith and special joy, one does not do subsequent permission, prophecy, encouragement, and praise. And it is said that through this empowerment, one obtains the general vows and precepts of the five families, as well as the temporary vows of each of the five families, but one should know that one does not obtain the precepts of each of the five families, as well as the general special vows and precepts. Uncommon Empowerment. Second, the classification of uncommon empowerments includes: the extensive Vajra Master empowerment, the profound three higher empowerments, and the general conclusion. Extensive Vajra Master Empowerment. For those who are suitable to receive the Vajra Master empowerment, if they have faith, the remaining empowerments must also be given, as it is said in the commentary: "For the one to whom this empowerment is given, the secret and wisdom-jnana empowerments should be given." And the meaning of the certainty of obtaining special enlightenment is that the great Vajradhara there should be the great Vajra empowerment, and the irreversible empowerment, and the empowerment as a master. Thus it is said, to attain the irreversible state in this very life.
