并且 日间和夜间三次，不畏惧财物、佛法和慈爱，四种布施恒常给予。这是珍贵种姓的誓言戒律，经常宣说。外内密三种乘，你应受持神圣的佛法。这是莲花种姓的誓言戒律，如是宣说。对于伟大的事业种姓，具足一切戒律，应当如实受持。尽力而为地进行供养的事业。如是说。 如果展开来说，除此之外还有十四条，被宣说是失败之因。不应舍弃和抛弃，说是根本堕罪。日间和夜间三次，每天都要学习。何时瑜伽士违犯，就会变成粗重的罪过。你不可杀害众生，也不可不予而取，不可邪淫，也不可妄语。应彻底戒除一切烦恼的根源——酒。除了为了调伏众生，一切不应做之事都应戒除。应亲近圣者，应恭敬瑜伽士们。身的三种行为，语的四种行为，意的三种行为，都应尽力守护。不应贪求低劣的乘，不应背弃众生的利益，也不应舍弃轮回，不应执着于涅槃。对于天和非天的秘密者，你不可轻蔑，手印、坐骑、武器和武器的防御也不可舍弃。这些被说是誓言，你应恒常守护。相应的戒律广大，在秘密的续部中如实宣说。这些也应念诵。 然后是受持戒律：诸佛菩萨和上师，请垂听我。主尊如何教导，我亦如是奉行。我的名字是某某，从此时起，直至菩提树的心髓，如三世诸佛，证悟菩提，我将生起无上的菩提心。我将修持戒律，积聚善法，行众生利益之法。

And Three times during the day and night, without fear of wealth, Dharma, and love, always give the four kinds of generosity. This is the vow and discipline of the precious lineage, which is often proclaimed. The three vehicles of outer, inner, and secret, you should uphold the sacred Dharma. This is the vow and discipline of the lotus lineage, as it is said. For the great karma lineage, possessing all the precepts, one should truly uphold them. Perform the work of offering to the best of your ability. Thus it is said. If elaborated, there are also fourteen others that are said to be the cause of defeat. One should not abandon or discard them, for they are said to be root downfalls. Three times during the day and night, one should study every day. When a yogi violates them, it becomes a gross offense. You must not kill living beings, nor take what is not given, nor engage in sexual misconduct, nor speak falsely. One should completely abandon alcohol, the root of all afflictions. Except for the purpose of subduing sentient beings, all actions that should not be done should be abandoned. One should rely on the holy ones and honor the yogis. The three actions of the body, the four actions of speech, and the three actions of the mind, one should protect to the best of one's ability. One should not desire inferior vehicles, nor turn one's back on the benefit of sentient beings, nor abandon samsara, nor cling to nirvana. One must not despise the secret ones, gods and non-gods, nor abandon the mudra, mount, weapon, and defense against weapons. These are said to be vows, which you should always protect. The corresponding precepts are vast and are truly proclaimed in the secret tantras. These should also be recited. Then, taking the vows: Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and teachers, please listen to me. As the Lord has taught, so shall I practice. My name is so-and-so, from this time forth, until the heart essence of the Bodhi tree, like the protectors of the three times, who have determined to attain enlightenment, I shall generate the unsurpassed Bodhicitta. I shall practice discipline, accumulate virtuous Dharmas, and act for the benefit of sentient beings.

三律仪。 各自稳固地受持。佛陀、法和僧伽，是无上的三宝。从佛陀瑜伽中产生的，誓言从今稳固受持。于金刚部最胜大部中，金刚铃杵手印也，如实受持。上师们也受持。于珍宝部最胜大部中，令人满意的誓言，每天六时中，恒常布施四种布施。从大菩提心中产生的，莲花部大清净部中，外、内、密三乘，全部受持圣法。于事业部最胜大部中，具足一切誓言者，如实受持。供养的事业也尽力而为。菩提心是无上殊胜的，从圣者我生起之后，为了众生的一切利益，我的誓言全部受持。未度者我度之，未脱者我脱之，未出息者令出息，安置众生于涅槃。如是三次。虽然有人认为这是在预备和正行之间做的，但一切经论中都明确说明是弟子安住的状态。 正行。 第二是，弟子接受多少灌顶，都以自己进入并接受灌顶的方式，由上师接受，最后是三誓言之歌和陈述真实之力：虚空生为具相故，无始无终之胜者，勇士大金刚自性，金刚萨埵愿我成就。大成就一切之胜，大自在天殊胜之神，金刚持一切之王，不变胜中愿我成就。无有罪过恒常您，以一切贪欲随之染，薄伽梵大贪大乐，以此愿我成就。极度清净一切之胜，本初解脱如来，普贤王如来一切之主，于菩提心中愿我成就。大成就一切之胜，大自在天之王胜者，成就的金刚大赞叹，金刚慢我愿我成就。众

The Three Vows. I shall firmly uphold each individually. The Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, are the unsurpassed Three Jewels. The vows arising from the Buddha Yoga, I shall firmly uphold from now on. In the great and supreme Vajra family, the Vajra bell and hand seal also, I shall truly uphold. The teachers also I shall uphold. In the great and supreme Ratna family, the pleasing vows, every day, six times, I shall always give the four kinds of generosity. Arising from the great Bodhicitta, in the great and pure Lotus family, the outer, inner, and secret three vehicles, I shall uphold all the sacred Dharma. In the great and supreme Karma family, the one endowed with all vows, I shall truly uphold. The work of offering also I shall do as much as I can. Bodhicitta is the unsurpassed supreme, from the holy one I generate, for the sake of all beings' benefit, I shall uphold all my vows. Those not liberated, I shall liberate. Those not freed, I shall free. Those not breathing, I shall make them breathe, and establish beings in Nirvana. Thus, three times. Although some think this is done between the preparation and the main practice, it is clearly stated in all the scriptures that it is the state of the disciple remaining. The Main Practice. Secondly, the teacher takes as many empowerments as the disciple receives, in the manner of entering and receiving the empowerment himself, and finally, the song of the three vows and the statement of the power of truth: Because the sky is born with characteristics, the supreme one without beginning or end, the nature of the great Vajra hero, Vajrasattva, may I be accomplished. The supreme of all great accomplishments, the supreme deity of the great powerful one, the king of all Vajra holders, may I be accomplished in the unchanging supreme. You who are without fault and constant, followed by all desires, Bhagavan, great desire, great joy, by that may I be accomplished. The supreme of all that is utterly pure, the Tathagata who is liberated from the beginning, Samantabhadra, the lord of all, may I be accomplished in Bodhicitta. The supreme of all great accomplishments, by the supreme king of the great powerful one, the Vajra of accomplishment is greatly praised, Vajra pride, may I be accomplished. All
