ལ་ལོ། །འཇིག་རྟེན་འདྲེན་པའི་གཙོ་བོ་ཚེ་དཔག་མེད། །དུས་མིན་འཆི་བ་མ་ ལུས་འཇོམས་པའི་དཔལ། །མགོན་མེད་སྡུག་བསྔལ་གྱུར་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་སྐྱབས། །སངས་རྒྱས་ ཚེ་དཔག་མེད་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །དུས་གསུམ་བདེ་བར་གཤེགས་པ་ཆོས་ཀྱི་སྐུ། །འགྲོ་དྲུག་ སེམས་ཅན་རྣམས་ལ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས། །ནམ་མཁའ་ལྟ་བུར་ཁྱབ་པའི་བཅུ་གཅིག་ཞལ། ། གཟི་བརྗིད་འོད་དཔག་མེད་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །ཕྱག་སྟོང་འཁོར་ལོས་བསྒྱུར་བའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ སྟོང་། །སྤྱན་སྟོང་བསྐལ་པ་བཟང་པོའི་སངས་རྒྱས་སྟོང་། །གང་ལ་གང་འདུལ་དེ་ལ་དེར་སྟོན་ པའི། །བཙུན་པ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །སྐྱོན་གྱིས་མ་གོས་སྐུ་མདོག་དཀར། ། རྫོགས་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་དབུ་རྒྱན་ཅན། །ཐུགས་རྗེའི་སྤྱན་གྱིས་འགྲོ་ལ་གཟིགས། །སྤྱན་རས་ གཟིགས་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །སངས་རྒྱས་ཀུན་གྱིས་རབ་ཏུ་བསྔགས། །ཡོན་ཏན་དམ་པ་ ཀུན་ནས་བསགས། །སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་ཞེས་མཚན་གསོལ་བ། །རྟག་པར་བརྩེ་ལ་ཕྱག་ འཚལ་ལོ། །སངས་རྒྱས་བྱེ་ཕྲག་བཅུ་གཅིག་ཞལ། །རྩ་བའི་ཞལ་ནི་དཀར་པོ་མཛེས། །ལྗང་ དང་དམར་པོའི་གཡས་དང་གཡོན། །ཞི་བའི་ཞལ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །དབུས་ལྗང་གཡས་ དམར་གཡོན་དཀར་ཞལ། །དབུས་དམར་གཡས་དཀར་གཡོན་ཞལ་ལྗང་། །སྤྱན་དཀྱུས་རིང་ ཞིང་ཞལ་ཕྲ་བ། །འཛུམ་བཅས་བཞུགས་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །ཁྲོ་ཞལ་ནག་པོ་སྤྱན་གསུམ་ པ། །སྐྲ་བརྫེས་མཆེ་གཙིག་སྨ་ར་སེར། །སྟེང་ཞལ་དམར་པོ་གཙུག་ཏོར་ཅན། །བཅུ་གཅིག་ ཞལ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །ཆོས་ཉིད་ཐུགས་ཆུད་ཐུགས་ཀར་ཐལ་མོ་སྦྱར། །ཐུགས་རྗེ་རྒྱུན་ མི་འཆད་པའི་བགྲང་ཕྲེང་བསྣམས། །ཡི་དྭགས་བཀྲེས་སྐོམ་སེལ་པའི་མཆོད་སྦྱིན་མཛད། ། 22-481 ཕྱག་གཡས་འཁོར་ལོ་བསྣམས་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །འཁོར་བའི་འདམ་གྱིས་མ་གོས་པདྨ་ བསྣམས། །རིལ་བ་སྤྱི་བླུགས་ཉོན་མོངས་དྲི་མ་འཁྲུད། །ཐབས་དང་ཤེས་རབ་གཉིས་མེད་ མདའ་གཞུ་འཛིན། །རྣམ་ཐར་བརྒྱད་ལྡན་ཁྱོད་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །རྒྱན་ལྔས་ཀུན་ནས་རབ་ ཏུ་མུན་སེལ་ཞིང་། །སྐུ་མདོག་དཀར་གསལ་རི་དྭགས་པགས་པ་འཛིན། །གཞོན་ནུ་ལང་ཚོ་ ལྡན་པ་འཛུམ་བཅས་བཞུགས། །འགྲོ་བའི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་སེལ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །ཆོས་སྐུ་ ནམ་མཁའ་བཞིན་དུ་དབྱེར་མེད་ཀྱང་། །གཟུགས་སྐུ་འཇའ་ཚོན་བཞིན་དུ་སོ་སོར་གསལ། ། ཐབས་དང་ཤེས་རབ་མཆོག་ལ་མངའ་བརྙེས་པའི། །རིགས་ལྔ་བདེ་བར་གཤེགས་ལ་ཕྱག་ འཚལ་ལོ། །འཕགས་པ་སེང་གེའི་སྒྲ་དང་ཡིད་བཞིན་ནོར། །པདྨ་ཀར་དབང་ཐུགས་རྗེ་མི་ ཤོལ་དང་། །དོན་ཡོད་ཞག་དང་ཧ་ལ

拉嚱！ 引導世間之主無量壽，摧滅一切非時死之威德，無怙苦難所變者之救護，向於佛陀無量壽敬禮！ 三世安樂逝者法身，於六道有情眾生觀世音，如虛空般遍佈之十一面，向於光榮無量光敬禮！ 千手轉輪之王千位，千眼賢劫之佛陀千位，於何者當調伏即於彼示現之，向於尊者觀世音敬禮！ 無垢身色白，具圓滿佛之頭飾，以慈悲之眼觀視眾生，向於觀世音敬禮！ 諸佛皆讚歎，功德殊勝皆積累，觀世音如是名號者，恆常慈愛者敬禮！ 佛陀百千十一面，根本之面白色美，綠與紅色之右與左，向於寂靜之面敬禮！ 中央綠色右紅色左白色面，中央紅色右白色左面綠色，眼細長且面窄，含笑安住者敬禮！ 忿怒面黑色三眼者，髮豎立呲牙咧嘴鬍鬚黃，上方之面紅色具髮髻，向於十一面敬禮！ 法性通達心中合掌，慈悲恆常不斷之念珠持，救濟餓鬼飢渴之供施作，右手持轉輪者敬禮！ 未染輪迴泥之蓮花持，滾圓水瓢煩惱垢染濯，方便與智慧無二弓箭持，具八解脫者向您敬禮！ 以五飾遍除一切黑暗，身色潔白持鹿皮，具青春年少含笑安住，救度眾生痛苦者敬禮！ 法身如虛空般無別，然色身如彩虹般各自分明，於方便與智慧勝者得自在，向於五部如來敬禮！ 聖者獅子吼與如意寶，蓮花自在慈悲不空與，有義犛和哈拉

La lo! The lord who guides the world, Amitayus, The glory of destroying all untimely deaths, The protector of those who have become helpless sufferers, I prostrate to the Buddha Amitayus! The Dharmakaya of the Sugatas of the three times, Avalokiteśvara for the sentient beings of the six realms, The eleven faces that pervade like the sky, I prostrate to the glorious Amitabha! A thousand hands, a thousand Chakravartin kings, A thousand eyes, a thousand Buddhas of the Good Aeon, To whomever needs to be tamed, he shows himself accordingly, I prostrate to the venerable Avalokiteśvara! His body color is white, untainted by faults, Possessing the crown of the complete Buddha, He gazes upon beings with eyes of compassion, I prostrate to Avalokiteśvara! Praised by all the Buddhas, Virtues are accumulated from all sides, He is named Avalokiteśvara, I prostrate to the ever-loving one! Eleven faces, hundreds of thousands of Buddhas, The root face is beautiful and white, Green and red on the right and left, I prostrate to the peaceful face! Central green, right red, left white face, Central red, right white, left green face, With long, slender eyes and a narrow face, I prostrate to the one who dwells with a smile! Wrathful face, black, with three eyes, Hair standing on end, bared fangs, yellow beard, The face above, red, with a topknot, I prostrate to the eleven faces! Understanding the nature of reality, palms joined at the heart, Holding a rosary of uninterrupted compassion, Performing offerings to relieve the hunger and thirst of pretas, I prostrate to the one who holds the wheel in his right hand! Holding a lotus unstained by the mud of samsara, Cleansing the defilements of afflictions with a round water scoop, Holding the bow and arrow of inseparable means and wisdom, I prostrate to you, who possess the eight liberations! Completely dispelling all darkness with the five ornaments, Body color white and clear, holding a deer skin, Dwelling with a youthful, smiling countenance, I prostrate to the one who relieves the suffering of beings! The Dharmakaya is inseparable like the sky, But the Rupakaya is distinctly clear like a rainbow, Having mastered the supreme means and wisdom, I prostrate to the five Sugata families! Noble Lion's Roar and Wish-Fulfilling Jewel, Padma, Kara, unwavering compassion, And meaningful yak and hala.
