When he was twenty-five years old, he said that many beings, including Ra Lungpa, were being harmed by the Thongkor Monastery (mthong skor gyi gnas rdzong), but the monks did not listen, and he must have been very sad, so he went to India. Later, he said some words to the devout monks and student patrons, and then returned to Bodh Gaya in India. Manlung is in the tiger cave inside. The protector deity is Yama, named A Lchima. The radiant burner, one face and two arms, holds a wooden staff in his right hand, and a disease bag and rope in his left hand. When requesting empowerment and oral transmission, a knife is also offered as a hand token. For a time, the lineage was interrupted, and a Gelug lama named Yenzha found it in Kham and restored the lineage. See the "Manlung Guru Biography" for details.) After that, there is a monastery called Kharmok, which is the best of the disciples of the nephew of Karmapa, named Lumba Yeshe Jangchub, or also called Khule Kharmok Zeuton. Known as the Great Chumikpa, his real name is Sherab Drakpa. The one called Khule Kharmok Zeutonpa was born into the Zeu family in Dzara. (Zeu Pagshi was born in Zethang, opposite Goshi Gyari Dong. The monastery is also in Chulho Rinchenling in Gyantse. The four-armed protector deity Tsetsub is very powerful. In Chumik, there is a mound where Zeu's own remains are located, and there are many scriptures. Chumik is located in the north of the area related to the interior. Here, in the small valley Lingbu to the west, is the statue of Palchen made of Khampa soil by Pandit Smriti, which was found by Rama. When Smriti was a shepherd, because I was a Pandit proficient in the five sciences, I observed whether the craftsman was speaking and slowly made it, hiding it in a mud pit. Later, Rama found it and enshrined it.) Adre Sherab Bar was ordained. He learned Vinaya and conduct from Khyong Rinchen Drakpa. He also learned a lot from the Red Army Earth Tiger year's Kache. He studied Prajnaparamita in Adre for six years. Then he relied on Geshe Lumba for five years. Then he relied on Sharawa for three years. He relied on Geshe Drakkarwa for twenty years. Then he lived in Rishe Slakha and Srambu and other places in his hometown.

Afterwards, he occupied Khamo Monastery, which became known as Khamo Ze'u Dong. (Khamo was later occupied by Chowing, but the owner of the monastery was Lama Sezhé Bendé. Yangdak practiced, and the water in the pot boiled. He carried the pot and flew into the sky, and a fir tree grew from each drop of water. There were eleven fir trees, most of which withered. Now there are three. At the end of the eleven trees, there was a lady who was naked, and she felt ashamed and returned, so the fir tree did not recover. The aforementioned Gurgom Dra'o, the Bonpo adept Phurpa Zahor Ugu, attained accomplishment, and using Gurgom, he erected Phurpa from the rock of Kyungkar, causing hail to fall, and carried it to the Lama's own practice cave. It was sent to the nearby gorge. Later, because there was no heir, Yangdak's scriptures were rolled into paper scrolls, filled three pottery jars, and sealed with red paint on a stone slab with a mandala of the nine deities of Yangdak. The wooden tablets were placed in leather bags and entrusted to the goddess Namdruma as a treasure. Later, it was discovered by a mantra practitioner named Gurgom Drawo. The treasures became chaotic, leading to losses in interpersonal relationships and great conflicts. Although various kinds of treasure substitutes were buried, that lineage still needs to perform extensive confession during the autumn months.) Then, he went to the head of a feast in the river. Someone asked him if it was like living up there, and he said, "It's like this." Then he grabbed a spring. Narthang's Dordön Chenpo was also his disciple. Now Khamo is held by the descendants of Guru Chöwang, who have built a new temple. There, when Guru Chöwang went to Lhoto, a devout patron was very happy, and he told him to take a stone from the riverbank. There were footprints of two feet on it. There are also some things to visit inside. That main monastery is Palnam's Gurding. A little below that is the land of the Four Doors. (The Four Doors are the East Gate Ralung Chökyi Gate, the South Gate Nyingro Shinggi Gate, the North Gate Dochak Chakkyi Gate, and the West Gate Gyazha Nakyigi Gate.) The self-arisen place of Gonpo is there. This land is a triangular Dharma source.
