Everywhere, it is sufficient to recite only "Mara Ya," but in current practice, if it is not sharp enough, then writing "Trig Nan Eh Hum Thum Dza Mara Ya Hum Phet" is a faster mantra than that. Some practitioners also add endings such as "Bring Shak." It is said that this will bring about the effect. However, this is related to curse mantras and not to the wheel (mandala). This is what my lama said. If you want the wheel (mandala) to be very sharp, then at the end, observe which of the eight classes of gods and demons the deity you want to target belongs to, and then surround it with its life force, heart mantra, and connecting words. Interspersing the recitation of "Yama Raja Ajnyapaya Ti Rab," is a practical oral instruction. Then, on paper, like drawing a medicine mantra, draw a linga (effigy) that resembles the enemy's appearance. At the heart, after the name, add the near-heart mantra of the father (deity), and after the mother (deity) mantra, add connecting words to surround it. On the outer perimeter, surround it with the heart mantra, root mantra, and mother mantra with connecting words. If you can smear the letters of the wheel (mandala) with the impure substances of the deity being practiced, that would be even better. Even if not, this ritual linga (effigy) must lack any one of the five impure substances. The purpose of this is so that one will not get lost at the beginning, will not be mentally confused in the middle, and the soul will not escape in the end. For this, in the practice room, perform strong summoning and repelling many times. Attaching the mantras of summoning and repelling to the two mantras of the father (deity) and mother (deity) is also done many times. Place the linga (effigy) head down between the two wheels (mandalas). Connect the mantra at the heart of the linga (effigy) and the two wheels (mandalas) to the abdomen as well. If you are skilled and the letters are small and the wheel (mandala) is small, then do not fold it, seal it with a seal, and leave it in a state of union. If folding is necessary, then do the folding method called "chest wrap." Moreover, because the father (deity) is more important, the method of folding inside and out must not be wrong, and the father (deity) wheel (mandala) is folded forward. The mother (deity) wheel (mandala) is folded outward and back-to-back. On the back and top of the wheel (mandala), and at the positions below the four limbs, make marks so as not to confuse the upper and lower positions, and then wrap it like a common fierce mantra. Even if you do not fold it, you must wrap it. Place the female wheel (mandala) below and the male wheel (mandala) above. After that, one method of practice involves a skull.

另一种修法是将折叠的轮放置于灵ga(梵文,linga, लिंग,男根)的中心。

Place the wheel on top of a container filled with vile filth, with the central character of the wheel facing the forehead. Attach threads of intestines, human bones, or human skin to the wheel. Take it out from the forehead direction. Scatter offerings on the wheel. Another practice is to place the folded wheel in the center of the linga. The material of the linga is also made of clay or dough mixed with the enemy's filth. First, make the linga hollow and dry it. Then put the wheel in it and seal it. Make a hole in its heart or center. There is also a method of establishing a connection through that hole and casting offerings. Whichever of these two methods is used, then cover it from above the image of Yama (Lord of Death) made of a mother's skull, and from the outside of the skull, tie corpse hair and intestinal threads in a crisscross pattern with blue-black color, so that half of the skull is visible. Recite many truths and fierce mantras. Fumigate with big meat and guggul incense. Mix mustard oil and black mustard seeds for protection and place it. Regarding the direction to face during practice, in general, Yama resides in the south, so it is said to face the south. Some say that although that is the general case, according to this view, one must face the north. Others say that this is not just Yama of the southern direction. Because it is the Yama of the center, there is no fixed direction to face. It is said to face the direction where the enemy is. However, it should be understood in this way: for the general ritual of fierce action, it is okay to face the south. In order to clarify the target, it is also permissible to face the direction of the enemy. Regarding these directions to face, is the practitioner more important, or is the visualized deity more important? Others have various opinions, but our own tradition considers the practitioner to be more important. Therefore, if there is a painted image as before, then mandalas and the like are not necessary. If there is no painted image, then draw a triangular dark blue mandala with hand symbols. Between oneself and the painted image, make a dug hole, imagined by the mind, not smaller than one cubit. In front of the painted image, place a torma decorated with meat, blood, heart, etc., and common offerings for fierce actions, as well as offerings mixed with the flesh and blood of humans, horses, and dogs, and the meat of black goats, fish, snakes, etc., and guggul incense mixed with a large amount of fat, knives, blood, dried fish, and the five senses of black goats. Dry offerings and wet offerings are needed.
