In the ocean called Ratna Sagara, together with the best captain, sail north by boat, and you should sail to the island called Siko Dhara and the island called Dhana Kosha. To the west of that island is a village of barbarians, and practitioners should not go there, but should stay for six months in the city near the east. There is a stupa of the Sugata Golden Pagoda there, and you should circumambulate it five thousand times, and recite the hundred-syllable mantra of the Tathagata. That is: namaḥ streyādhīkanāṃ (ན་མ་སྟྲཻ་ཡཱ་དྷཱི་ཀ་ནཱཾ, Devanagari: नमस्त्रैर्याधीकनां, Romanization: namas trailokya adhīkanāṃ, literal meaning: Homage to the superior of the three realms), tathāgatānāṃ (ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏཱ་ནཾ, Devanagari: तथागतानां, Romanization: tathāgatānāṃ, literal meaning: Tathagatas), sarvatra apratihat (སརྦ་དྲ་ཨ་པྲ་ཏི་ཧི་ཏ, Devanagari: सर्वत्र अप्रतिहत, Romanization: sarvatra apratihata, literal meaning: unobstructed everywhere), vistadharmatāvaliṃnā (བིསྟ་དྷརྨ་ཏཱ་བ་ལིཾ་ནཱ, Devanagari: विस्तधर्मतावलिंना, Romanization: vistadharmatāvaliṃnā, literal meaning: vast Dharma nature power), oṃ asamasamantato (ༀ་ཨ་ས་མ་ས་མནྟ་ཏོ྅, Devanagari: ॐ असमसमन्ततो, Romanization: oṃ asamasamantato, literal meaning: Om, unequaled everywhere), anantavāstiśāsana (ཨ་ནནྟ་བཱསྟི་ཤཱ་ས་ན, Devanagari: अनन्तवास्तिशासन, Romanization: anantavāstiśāsana, literal meaning: endless dwelling teaching), hara hara (ཧ་ར་ཧ་ར, Devanagari: हर हर, Romanization: hara hara, literal meaning: destroy destroy), smara smaraṇa (སྨ་ར་སྨ་ར་ཎ, Devanagari: स्मर स्मरण, Romanization: smara smaraṇa, literal meaning: remember remember), migatarāga (མི་ག་ཏ་རཱ་ག , Devanagari: मिगतराग, Romanization: migatarāga, literal meaning: free from attachment), buddhadharmatesara sara (བུདྡྷ་དྷརྨ་ཏེ་ས་ར་ས་ར, Devanagari: बुद्धधर्मतेसर सर, Romanization: buddhadharmatesara sara, literal meaning: Buddha Dharma light speed speed), samabala (ས་མ་བ་ལ, Devanagari: समबल, Romanization: samabala, literal meaning: equal power), hasa hasa (ཧ་ས་ཧ་ས, Devanagari: हस हस, Romanization: hasa hasa, literal meaning: laugh laugh), traya traya gagana (དྲ་ཡ་དྲ་ཡ་ག་ག་ན, Devanagari: त्रय त्रय गगन, Romanization: traya traya gagana, literal meaning: save save space), mahāvaralakṣaṇe (མཧཱ་བ་ར་ལཀྵ་ཎེ, Devanagari: महावरलक्षणे, Romanization: mahāvaralakṣaṇe, literal meaning: great victory sign), jvala jvala sāgare svāhā (ཛྭ་ལ་ཛྭ་ལ་སཱ་ག་རེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ, Devanagari: ज्वल ज्वल सागरे स्वाहा, Romanization: jvala jvala sāgare svāhā, literal meaning: burn burn ocean svaha). Those with weak faith will never succeed. Do not slander the rituals, do not slander others, and do not denigrate the gods and the Dharma. You must have the conviction that you will surely succeed, and with the strength of very strong faith, you can obtain wealth and liberation, and never destroy the virtuous Dharma. After that, the practitioner should come to this Indian continent by boat. Otherwise, from the island called Treasure Trove to the north, other islands and many other border areas, because they are not well utilized, the practitioners will wander around. Therefore, this island is aligned east and west with the ocean and rivers called Blue Water Waves, so abandoning the direction of the senses, the practitioner will go in the direction of power. From the city of Rugma, Rapari, Katikila, Madhuwadala, etc., sail north for six months, and across from those places, there is the great river called Satru, and the snow mountains called Kari and Kakari, and you should also cross them. The people living in those areas are not difficult to travel and have no fear because they have an upright nature. On that mountain there is a best medicinal taste called Rujanaya.

It is very sweet. The plant called "Tilaka" is very bitter. They also drip like milk. Its flowers are as red as the light of the rising sun, and its petals are like the teeth of an enemy, with sharp thorns, growing from a rock facing south, that is not Ruzaṇa. On the sides of steep valleys, hanging with white flowers like the udders of a female buffalo, that is Tilaka. In the four directions of these plants, while reciting the knowledge mantra of the powerful Vajra Rakshasa seven times, drive in wooden stakes of Bādala wood, and then pull out their roots. Dry them completely for seven days, and then protect and hide them in a rock cave by reciting the nectar ash mantra. In that direction, there are five colors of pigment: white, yellow, red, black, and green. Take them, wash them with snow water, and draw the image of the radiant goddess on a white stone slab: the color is like pure gold, with three eyes as red as Karavira flowers. The face on the right is red. The face on the left is the face of a pig, black and very angry, with blue silk hanging down. Slightly reveal the symbol of emptiness, making gods, asuras, and Ishvara subject. The first two hands draw a flower arrow and bow, the middle two hands hold a needle, thread, and Ashoka tree, and the last two hands hold a skull and khatvanga on the left and right sides of the navel. Riding on a pig, completely suppressing all those who harbor hatred and malice. After drawing like this, make offerings and recitations according to the ritual. This is its mantra: Namo Ratna Trayāya. Tadyathā. Oṃ Batāli Batāli. Barali Barahamukhi Sarva Duṣṭan Praduṣṭan Bandha Bandha Mukhaṃ Svāhā. बरलिबरहमुखि सर्वदुष्टन्प्रदुष्टन्बन्धबन्धमुखंस्वाहा,梵文罗马拟音:namo ratnatrayāya. tadyathā. oṃ batāli batāli. barali barahamukhi sarvaduṣṭan praduṣṭan bandha bandha mukhaṃ svāhā,Homage to the Three Jewels. Thus: Om, Batali, Batali. Barali, Barahamukhi, all evil ones, extremely evil ones, bind, bind their mouths, Svāhā.) Perform a fire offering with five hundred Ashoka trees and red flowers. Also, recite the heart mantra a hundred thousand times: Oṃ Vajra Bhaitāli Hūṃ Phaṭ. Reside well in celibate conduct, Accomplish well with compassion. Definitely apply evil to the evil, Always with a loving mind. Whatever is to be subdued, That is the skillful application of the mantra. Never indulge in afflictive actions.
