He bestowed some empowerments to Drung Yondarwa and his disciples, and gave the transmission of the Three Cycles of Mountain Dharma. Je himself also received the transmission of the Gyübum (Collection of Tantras) and the Six Treatises on the Black from Drungsa Yondarwa, which were passed down from Jetsun Thamsed Khyenpa. He went to Komong. Wherever he went, he gave public Dharma talks, longevity empowerments, and recitations of the Great Compassionate One. At Jatsang Monastery, the monks, led by Khenpo Sonam Paljor, welcomed him with elaborate ceremonies and invited him to the monastery. He bestowed the അനുജ്ഞཱ (anujñā, jenang, 随许) of White Tara and the transmission of the biography of Khenchen Nyammé. He returned to Komang. After bestowing the empowerment at Dol Drakzhi to the lamas and teachers of the Dol region, he went to Puru, the birthplace of the Omniscient Great One. When erecting the golden offering and prayer flags, although he would never come to Ngari, everyone saw a gray crow. He thought that it was the welcome of the female doctors and nuns. Then, at Gonpa Drak Lung, Chöje Namdrol and his disciples welcomed him with great ceremony and invited him to the monastery. He bestowed the empowerment of Amitayus with seventeen deities, which was passed down from Tsedwang Gyatsa Lhagu Rechen Paljor Zangpo, to Chöje, as well as the instructions on Kurukulle, the instructions on White Tara, and the transmission of the biographies and great biographies of the eleven incarnations of Jetsun Thamsed Khyenpa. Je himself also received the empowerment and transmission of Guru Drakmar, the four-armed Avalokiteśvara, and the teachings on the Yellow Jambhala. Then he went to Jang Namgyal Lhatse. He was welcomed with elaborate ceremonies by the three monasteries. He went to the Labrang and bestowed the Tsedwang Drupgyalma, the Nine Deities Akshobhya, the Hevajra Father Tantra, and the Mother Tantra to all the virtuous friends gathered, led by Khenpo Lhachokwa.

That winter, Nepalese Kusu Ju and coppersmiths, along with many other learned individuals, constructed a large golden-copper Namgyal Stupa as the inner support for the omniscient one. It was completed in the seventh month of the Snake year. On the eighth day of that month, a Fire Day, the consecration was personally performed by the Dharma King. Attendants included Khenpos like Loden and about twenty-five monks, who, following the tradition of the previous lamas, elaborately performed the consecration based on the sand mandala of Hevajra (kyai rdo rje, Sanskrit: Hevajra, IAST: Hevajra, meaning: Hevajra Vajra). At that time, many extraordinary inner and outer signs occurred, such as a rainbow tent and a rain of flowers. Everyone, led by the Desi, offered grand celebrations. The Nepalese were generously rewarded. In addition to coral and gold, they were given countless gifts, satisfying their hearts. The five Khenpos who served at the consecration each received copper, iron, and a bolt of blue and red silk. The ritual performers each received a portion of copper, iron, and tea, and two portions each of cloth, felt, and silk. Countless silk garments and offerings were presented to the golden stupa, and the Sangha was treated with reverence. Local officials and monastic officers were invited to the auspicious celebration. All of them were provided with abundant and excellent Indian food, and extensive generosity was bestowed upon the boundless masses of people. In gratitude, a grand Tsok offering and empowerment were offered to the Dharma protectors. Afterward, he spent about a month in retreat at the Khenkhang. Upon emerging from the retreat, he taught the Sangha the Three Core Principles, the Six Yogas of Niguma, the biographies of the lineage masters, the transmissions of new and old scriptures, and bestowed the permission of the Six-Armed Wisdom Protector (Mahakala, Sanskrit: Mahākāla, IAST: Mahākāla, meaning: Great Black One), and then proceeded to Smongthang. He bestowed many empowerments and permissions, such as the longevity empowerment, Vaishravana, and the Eight-Deity Protector, upon various officials, secretaries, and stenographers. Afterward, at Namgyal Tse, he performed the recitation and fire offering of Vajrayogini for three months. The Dharma King said, "This retreat was clear and bright, and there were also signs of the Dakini's acceptance." After that, he presided over the grand Dharma assembly and practice offering of the monastery. The mandala was vast, with a Thangka hanging above, and silk banners were hung around the perimeter using Sita Hu ropes, along with banners, Tormas, and tents.
