(Svara Anantarita Ha Svaḥ Samyogaḥ) The final 'ha' without a vowel combining is an excellent combination. In between, the vowel-less 'ha' letter, the lifeless two or three letters combining is an excellent combination. 'Final' means that each consonant alone at the end has no vowel. 19-67 Whatever has life is the last of the consonants, the end having a vowel. Kucutututupu vargāḥ. (Ku Cu Ṭu Tu Pu Vargāḥ) Kucuṭutupu are the five classes. If one mentions 'ka ki ca ci' etc., one can only understand what is mentioned, not others. By placing the 'u' letter in the life, one understands including the class, i.e., ut (Ut) including the class. This is what the previous sound scholars agreed upon. Are do nāmino guṇaḥ. (Ar Et O Nāmino Guṇaḥ) Ar Et O are the qualities of the name. Because 'a' has no quality, the vowels of quality and possessor of quality arise from within the name. The quality of ṛ is ar, the quality of i is e, the quality of u is o. There are three letters of quality: ar e o. From Candrapala: 'ta' is of that time. It is said that by adding 'tra', whatever is added to, only that letter of that time is understood, i.e., 'at' means only short 'a' and 'āt' means only long 'ā'. In this text, it is not definite, i.e., 'āt' means both 'a' and 'ā'. However, 'et' means only 'e', not 'ai', because 'e' with one stroke or two strokes is not 'e'. Similarly, 'ṇā ru' with two peaks is not the letter 'o', because the vowel is separate and can stand alone. Therefore, the four letters of conjunction are each one. The same thing that is similar and dissimilar also has that meaning. (Ā Ār Ai Au Vṛddhiḥ) Ā ār ai au are the increases. There are four increases: the increase of the letter 'a' is 'ā', the increase of the letter 'ṛ' is 'ār', the increase of the letter 'i' is 'ai', and the increase of the letter 'u' is 'au'. The letter 'ā' is abandoned. The increases of 'i', 'ṛ', and 'u' are also 'ai' etc., those alone. Antya svarādiṣṭiḥ. (Antya Svarādi Iṣṭiḥ) The last vowel etc. is ṭi. Ṭi means the last vowel of the base or name, and from the etc., the final consonant without a vowel, if there is one, is also included, that is called ṭi. 19-68 ༈ ཨནྟྱཱ་ཏྦུརྦ་ཨུ་པ་དྷཱ། Antyātvurba upadhā.
