The root of all changes is determined first. ། ། ༄། ། The meaning of objects and actions needed in the case of all beings. ༒ Now, in the case of all beings, the meaning of objects and actions is needed. Yak's actions will be explained. Ādbhū bi karmaṇi. Āt for objects and actions. Although the translation of Bhū bi as an object exists, it is not comfortable in Tibetan. The word 'dang' is added. Āt is the name of the condition of Ātmana. It means giving the word condition of Ātmana to the meaning of object and the meaning of action. Bhāva karma means object and action. Also, for those beings without action, the word condition of Ātmana is given for the meaning of object. For the beings with action, Ātmana is also given to accomplish the meaning of action. From that, whatever being is expressed only in the kriya pāda word, that is called a being without action. Whatever being expresses both action and agent, that is called a being with action. ། ། The basis is: ། Bhū, Edha, Ās, and Shing etc. are given. Also, Lajjā sattā sthiti jāgaraṇaṃ bṛddhi kṣaya bhaya jīvita manaṃ. Śayana krīḍā ruci dī bdyārthaṃ dhātu gaṇaṃ ta ma karmaka māhuḥ. The meaning of that is: Shame, reality, existence, and melting. Growth, increase, decay, fear, life, and mind. Sleeping, playing, desire, and burning clarity. The groups of beings are said to be without action. The twelve meanings are beings that show without relying on transformation. ། The remaining ones are with action. ། Sanmātraṃ bhāva liṅgaṃ syāda spṛṣṭaṃ yacca kārakaiḥ. Dhātvarthaḥ kevalaṃ śuddho bhava ityabodhīyate. Only existence becomes a sign of an object. Whatever agents do not touch. The meaning of the being is only pure. This is clearly expressed as an object. Whatever six agents are not combined with. Showing only the existence of an object is a sign of the meaning of an object. That is the characteristic. Although it is allowed to combine agent words and intermediate conditions etc., it does not show the meaning of the condition. Of the being
