Cut. Mātuḥ: Although it is actually the sixth, it can be any action or basis. Mūtuḥ smrarati: Saying "I don't remember," if "ma" is the cause of remembering, it is the seventh, and 19-264 if it is the object of remembering, it is the action. Actually, the sixth case occurs as in "mother's memory." Similarly, Mātaraṃ smarati: Trī's ṛ is drawn to the am of the second. Mātaraṃ: To remember the mother. Although it appears, the meaning is remembering the mother herself, which is the first or the seventh as before. Furthermore, as it is said, "The third is the cause, and also the fifth." It is explained that in the sense of being caused by the cause, it is similar to making the cause complete, so it is the third, and since it arises from the cause, it is similar to the source, so the fifth is also applicable. Anityaḥ śabdaḥ kṛta-katvena: Impermanent sound is by what is made. Kṛta-katvena: It is the suffix of the singular of the third case. Furthermore, anitya śabdaḥ kṛta-katvāt: Impermanent sound is from what is made. What is made is the meaning of having a cause, i.e., made by cause and condition. Having identified one thing called "made," although it does not modify the sound or the sound arise from it, the third and fifth cases occur in the expression. The meaning is that the sound itself is made, so it is the basis of agreement or the agent. The logicians say that the sound of the Vedas is permanent, while other sounds like conch sounds are impermanent. Furthermore, bhaya-hetau ca pañcamī: The fifth case is also for the cause of fear. The fifth case also applies to indicating the cause of fear, such as caurād bibheti: He is afraid of thieves. Vyāghrāt trasyati: He is afraid of tigers. Vidyutpātāc ca kitaḥ: He jumps at the falling thunderbolt. In these cases, although the case ending that appears as "from" is only the fifth, the meaning is that the source of that fear is not the thief etc. themselves, but it arises based on them. Therefore, it is consistent with the seventh, sixth, and fifth cases in the sense of cause and condition. Caurāt, vyāghrāt, pātāt are the suffixes of ṅasi. Pāta means falling or descending. Furthermore, ṣaṣṭhī hetu-prayoge: The sixth case is for the application of cause. The cause here is similar to saying "food to eat, drink to drink." 19-265 Although it is the meaning of action, the sixth case is applied. Kasya hetoḥ iyaṃ kanyā: Whose cause is this girl?

It is. Although it appears as "to whom it should be given," the meaning is like "to whom it should be given." It refers to the cause of an object. ༈ Ittham Bhāvetra Tīya. (Tibetan) The third is for something that exists like this. It means "like this and that." The third is for the meaning of "like this and that." Śiṣyaṃ Putreṇa Paśyati. (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning) The student sees with the son. Although it appears like that, the meaning is not "with the son," even though Putreṇa is the result of giving ṭā. It should be understood as "like the son." Therefore, the meaning changes to "the student sees like the son." Saṃsāra Mā Sāreṇa Paśyate. (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning) Adding "a" to the sound of "ra" to make "a-sāra." Asāreṇa. Although it appears as "because it is without essence," the meaning is like "without essence." Therefore, the meaning changes to "one sees samsara as equal to being without essence." That is, all the chief attendants, good and bad, happiness and suffering, enemies and friends, are equal in being without essence. ༈ Ye Nāṃga Vikāraḥ. (Tibetan) To whatever changes of the body. The third is applied to that which has changes of the body and can clearly represent it to others. Akṣaṇā Kāṇaḥ. (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning) Akṣaṇā is the result of ṭā and num occurring in Akṣate, which means sense organ or, in this case, eye. Blind with the eye. Although it seems like saying "blind with the eye," the third is for the meaning of the first, which is "the eye is blind." Similarly, Pādena Khañjaḥ. (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning) Lame in the foot. Karṇena Badhiraḥ. (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning) Deaf in the ear. Although ṭā and in occur, the meaning is the first, that is, it is necessary to represent all of that directly. Some deafness is not necessarily represented directly, but it is incidental. ༈ Jani Kartuḥ Prakṛtiḥ. (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning) To the nature of what causes birth. The fifth is applied to the cause, that is, the cause by which the fruit or object has already been produced. It is definitely the meaning of giving everything. Yasmāt Prajā Prajāyante Tat Brahma Ti. (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning) That from which beings are born, that is Brahma. The cause or nature or whatever of the transformation that causes beings to be born is Brahma. Yasmāt, from which, the fifth is applied. The agent is related to the action. Because the first and third are entitled to give everything, even if it is not the source, it is said that the fifth is obtained. The source is consistent with the result. Yasmāt is the result of ṅasi. Prajā is the agent.
