Now, it seems that the practice is not done at this time because it is considered that the experience of the lama is the key to obtaining the lama. Now, among all of that, this is the most supreme, and it is also the main of all teachings. It is also the ultimate of all practices. It teaches the Prajnaparamita. There are three wisdoms there, namely, the wisdom of knowing the ultimate truth, the wisdom of knowing the conventional truth, and the wisdom of benefiting others, these three. The first is the wisdom of realizing the emptiness of reality. The second is the wisdom of knowing the essence, classification, cause and effect, and interdependent origination of all knowable things without error. The third is the wisdom of benefiting sentient beings through the four means of gathering. That is to say, knowing that by giving material things, sentient beings are pleased, and thus being able to lead them into the Dharma. Knowing the sweet speech of teaching the Dharma in accordance with their minds. Knowing the method of leading others into the practice of the six paramitas. Knowing that one also practices without deviating from the six paramitas. Among them, leading others into the six paramitas is through knowing the method of taming sentient beings who should be tamed, by whatever means. Or it is the wisdom of hearing, thinking, and meditating. The wisdom of understanding by hearing, cutting off superimpositions by thinking, and directly realizing through meditation. I must generate these three in my mindstream in any way possible. This is the training in the intention of the Prajnaparamita. The second chapter of contemplation. Now it is necessary to train in the application of the Prajnaparamita. There are three things there: meditating on the selflessness of persons, meditating on the selflessness of phenomena, and training in having the essence of emptiness and compassion. First, the preliminaries and post-meditation, etc., are as previously stated. At the time of the main practice, here, sit in the lotus position with legs crossed, hands in the meditation mudra, spine straight. Neck slightly bent, shoulders expanded outward. Lips placed naturally, tip of the tongue touching the palate. Eyes gazing at the tip of the nose. Then exhale three times from the nostrils with a "sang sang" sound. After that, keep the breath natural. Meditate on a small amount of renunciation, weariness, and the transformation of loving-kindness and compassion in the mindstream. Then focus the mind on one's own three doors of body, speech, and mind. Engage in analysis. From beginningless samsara, due to the habit of clinging to the self as real, except for the appearance of seeming to have a self, I am
