Able to project. Meritorious actions are unequal minds, the goodness of the desire realm, that is, giving that has not entered the path of liberation, and the precepts of the desire realm, etc., are the cause of gods and humans in the desire realm. Immovable karma is the karma of samadhi of the four dhyanas or the four formless absorptions, which is the only good, and can lead to the form realm and the formless realm. All of this is obscured by ignorance that has not realized the true nature. Because of clinging to the aggregates of samsara as self, and cherishing self, it is completely dominated by it and becomes the cause of samsara. Among them, afflictive ignorance or delusion, when we observe our own mind, we do not know the nature of samsara, nor do we know where samsara comes from. We do not know the nature of liberation, nor do we know what the method of obtaining liberation is. Nor do we know how these are accomplished. Perhaps there is only some understanding of hearing and thinking, but if we observe the way our own mind manifests, no matter which aspect we look at, it is like putting our mind in an unfamiliar and distant place. This is a kind of dark and ignorant conceptualization that knows nothing. Because it does not understand the facts, it doubts the truth. It clings to the non-existent "I" as self. All wrong views arise. All wrong views are followers of delusion. Moreover, it exists, first of all, attachment to one's own body and mind. Based on this, attachment arises to inner sentient beings such as women, relatives, servants, etc., and attachment arises to external objects of use such as food, clothing, enjoyment, houses, fields, wealth, goods, places, etc. Now we feel very happy with our own body and mind enjoyment, and the mind abides in this, this is afflictive desire. Relying on this, pride, stinginess, and jealousy, etc., all arise. In addition, if harm is done to oneself or one's own side, anger arises towards it. For harming or possibly harming oneself or what one possesses. That sentient being produces an unpleasant feeling in one's own consciousness, that is anger or hatred. Moreover, this anger also arises towards inanimate objects. For example, the enemy's country and city are unpleasant in consciousness, and even anger arises towards the flow of water that harms one's own fields, etc. Anger can be seen from this. The power of this anger is growing stronger and stronger.

Gross malice, Anger, resentment, holding grudges, and so on, give rise to various forms of hatred. These three poisons are the main cause of wandering in samsara for all beings, whether it is me or other beings. Therefore, now we must try to abandon these poisons. Thinking this, we should apply it to our own minds, recognize the afflictions that arise in our own minds, and the actions that are motivated by them, and meditate on them. This is the thirty-second mind-training practice. In these cases, it will be very beneficial if you know how to classify karma and afflictions. Thinking about the cause and effect of liberation Second, thinking about the cause and effect of liberation: Furthermore, since I must escape from samsara and attain liberation, what is the nature of that liberation? Liberation is not about running away to another place. It is about abandoning the afflictions on one's own mind from the root, so that they never arise again, and dissolving into the dharmadhatu. In this way, even if you don't intentionally abandon karma, it loses its ability to produce results, and in reality, it dissolves into the dharmadhatu. According to the sutra pitaka, some are abandoned from the seed, and some are made unable to produce results. By abandoning karma and afflictions, new samsara will not arise. The remnants of the old karma will quickly be purified. The end of all the sufferings of the three realms of samsara, the state of pure and undefiled wisdom abiding, is called liberation. So-called abandoning without returning means that once liberation is attained, it is impossible to lose the fruit. The cause of attaining liberation is that through uncontaminated wisdom, one realizes the truth of selflessness and abandons obscurations. The cause of that is that one needs single-pointed concentration. To obtain single-pointed concentration, one needs pure morality. That morality also needs to be accompanied by a pure thought of renunciation and the view of selflessness in order to be a strong cause of liberation. Now, in order to be liberated from samsara, one should keep morality, one should meditate on samadhi, generate wisdom from meditation, 18-248 and repeatedly think about the meaning of impermanence, suffering, emptiness, and selflessness. This is the thirty-third mind-training practice.
