Where? What could be more wonderful than this? What could be more amazing than this? Thus it is said. Furthermore, that is the speech of all the Buddhas, 17-616 a branch that is free from all faults and perfectly pure, abiding in one essence. Whatever Dharma one wishes to hear, and according to the thoughts of all beings who are to be tamed by that, that sound will enter as desired. Just as one Buddha's one word possesses such qualities, so too are all the voices of all the guides. To all such Buddha's words, may I always listen, retain them without forgetting, and may my speech also act in a manner that is in accordance with and similar to the Buddha's speech. The time of its final completion is as before, and the initial attainment is on the ground of Good Intelligence, where it is said that the fourfold individual perfect knowledge is attained, which is the same point. Here, to make it easier to understand, just as one listens to the Dharma of one Buddha and understands its meaning, at the same time, one also listens to the Dharma of many other Buddhas and retains the words, and contemplates the meaning, one does not hinder the other, one hears equally, one retains equally, and one contemplates equally, without difficulty or effort. Now, from "All the Buddhas who have passed in the three times" to "I go before all the protectors," is a prayer related to the qualities of those who abide on the ground of the regent. That ground of the regent is said to be the ninth ground, etc., in some other texts such as the Mantra Vehicle, but here it refers to being enthroned as the regent, and it should be known to be the tenth ground. There are six powers over that: the power over teaching the Dharma, time, seeing, the field of activity, the realm, and the deeds. The first is: All the Buddhas who have passed in the three times, have perfectly turned the forms of the wheel. The voice of those is inexhaustible, and by the power of intelligence, I also perfectly enter. All the Buddhas who have come and will pass away in the three times, for the sake of liberating sentient beings, have perfectly turned the forms of the wheel of Dharma.

Also. Those Buddhas' Speech-sound Dharma is inexhaustible, that is, in the boundless. With the power of obtaining the power of one's own mind, may I also completely enter together into that activity of speech. Here, the previous one sound, etc., is in terms of hearing the Dharma. This is in terms of obtaining more than half of the mixture of the Buddha's speech and essence. Therefore, the ten-bhumi's master preaching the Dharma is also turning the wheel of the Buddha's Dharma. In front of the Buddha, to all Dharma preachers, the activity of that Bodhisattva enters, like an army, etc., whose wisdom and intention are united for one purpose. This complete entry means mixing, like a river flowing into the ocean. If it is only used for listening to speech, there is a fault of repeating the previous one. Secondly: May I also enter into all future kalpas. In an instant, may I also enter. Whatever kalpa is the measure of the three times, and with a fraction of an instant, one practices by entering. In all the many future kalpas, in the boundless worlds pervaded by space, all the phenomena that arise, entering with wisdom, that is, becoming known by direct perception, just as the Tathagatas know, may I also enter with wisdom in an instant, that is, with one knowledge, may I know all things of all times at once, thus praying 17-618 , whatever past kalpas, present and future will occur, that is, how much the three times are, all those kalpas equal to the measure, with the power to enter and transform into a fraction of an instant, from one kalpa to the endless kalpas, how appropriate, thus entering into the instant, may I practice the practice of Bodhi. This is when one obtains power, collecting one kalpa or many kalpas into an instant, and also showing many kalpas in each instant. For example, in the common basic appearance of sentient beings, at the time when an instant or a moment appears, the Bodhisattva himself also has kalpas and
