In the vast treatise Abhisamayalankara, it is also said: "The all-knowingness of the Able One!" And it is said: "The path knowledge of the wise Bodhisattvas is explained as such." And it is said: "The path seen by the Hearers and others, is considered as such to be all-knowingness." And so on. Therefore, the wisdom of the Buddha is all-knowingness, the wisdom of the continuum of the noble Bodhisattvas is the path knowledge, and the wisdom of the continuum of the noble Hearers and Solitary Realizers is the base knowledge, which should also be roughly stated. Some say that whatever is all-knowingness is path knowledge, and whatever is path knowledge is base knowledge, because after understanding all knowable objects, it is impossible not to realize the unborn nature of the path, and after realizing the three paths, it is impossible not to realize the selflessness of persons. Therefore, no matter whose continuum the basis person is in, as long as they realize the unborn nature of the three paths, they are definitely path knowledge, and as long as they realize the selflessness of persons, they are also base knowledge. However, the converse is not pervasive, the path knowledge of the continuum of the Bodhisattva is not all-knowingness, and the base knowledge of the Hearers and Solitary Realizers is not the other two knowledges. Some say this. Some say that the three knowledges, not to mention that their entities are not the same, do not even exist in one continuum, because it has been definitely stated that the bases are different. Therefore, although the Buddha sees the path and the base as unborn, it is only all-knowingness, not others. They think so. Others think that because the qualities are increasingly superior, the Hearers and Solitary Realizers only have base knowledge, the Bodhisattvas also have path knowledge on top of that, and the Buddhas have all three knowledges. Therefore, it is possible for three or two knowledges to enter one continuum, but the entities of the three are different. They say this. Many of them think that the all-knowingness of the Buddha, the path knowledge of the Bodhisattva, and the base knowledge of the Hearers and Solitary Realizers are truly characterized by self-nature, and the selflessness of persons seen by the Bodhisattva and the unborn nature of the path and the base seen by the Buddha are imputedly existent. They say this with various reasons, and some think that all three knowledges are also Prajnaparamita, so all three knowledges of the Buddha are characterized by self-nature.

The path of a Bodhisattva and the base knowledge is characterized by signs. The base knowledge of Hearers and Solitary Realizers is that it only blocks one aspect of elaboration, but it does not have the aspect of being free from elaboration, so it is imputed. It is written with many reasons. Others say that the Perfection of Wisdom is only present in the lineage of the Buddha. Some say that omniscience also has two aspects: cause and effect. The omniscience of the cause is only present in the lineage of Bodhisattvas. The omniscience of the first moment is only this, and the ten, such as generating the mind of enlightenment, are also omniscience. The omniscience of the result is the Dharmakaya. Some say that the ten dharmas, such as generating the mind of enlightenment, are not the omniscience of the eight objects, but are the expressing dharma or the object of focus. Others say that the boundaries of the three knowledges are different in the salutations of the sutras and ornaments, and in the concise and extensive explanations of the actual treatises, and so on, speaking foolish words. 17-507 In the last five hundred years of the doctrine, both in China and Tibet, the practice and realization of this are extremely rare, and only the explanation is very prevalent. This is because of the confusion of many methods. From one point of view, it seems that there is not much contradiction in everything. But from another point of view, it seems that there are many faults in each one, and it needs to be carefully studied. But for now, I will not elaborate on this here. Among them, the first thing is omniscience. In the sutra, the Blessed One said, "For what reason is omniscience the Tathagata, Arhat, Perfectly Enlightened One?" Subhuti, with what aspects, what signs, and what characteristics are the dharmas spoken of? The Tathagata understands those aspects, those signs, and those characteristics, therefore, it is called the omniscience of the Tathagata, Arhat, Perfectly Enlightened One. It is said. Among them, aspect is nature, sign is result, and characteristic is the meaning of cause. Therefore, for all knowable things without remainder or omission, their respective natures,
